"It was the peak tourist season, and this hotel was a bit of a choice to go to the University of Buffalo. Not bad, very suitable for travel and vacation. However, all hotels in the United States have breakfast that is really not flattering."
"The location is excellent and the surrounding transportation is convenient. The front desk reception is warm and professional, and the check-in procedure is efficient. The rooms are clean and comfortable, the bedding is of high quality, and the bathroom facilities are complete and separated from wet and dry areas. The sound insulation effect is good, ensuring a quiet rest environment. The breakfast is rich in variety, with both Chinese and Western flavors, and the ingredients are fresh. Some facilities are slightly old, but it does not affect the use experience. The overall service is meticulous and thoughtful, and the cost-effectiveness is outstanding. It is suitable for business travel and leisure vacations. The check-out process is convenient and the leftover items are handled in time."
"The brand service management level is relatively stable. The internal facilities are complete and there is a microwave oven. Parking is free. The water and cookies were sent to the stay, the taste was good and the service was very user-friendly. This family maintained the consistent level of the brand, very close to Niagara Falls, worth living."
"The environment of this hotel is OK and the facilities are also very good. The only disadvantage is that the premium is very serious. The price is much different after staying for two days. But the overall stay felt good. Staff are also friendly"
"Too affordable! The room is huge! Pots and pans are equipped with microwave ovens and refrigerators. You can cook instant noodles or go to the supermarket to buy something to cook. It's more complete than home! It is highly recommended for families with children."
"After checking in, there was always the sound of an electric drill. After consulting the hotel customer service, they said that there was always the sound of an electric drill from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm. They couldn't change rooms or check out. We checked in before 12:00, so we could only take a break in the lobby. We went to the room several times in the middle. There was always the sound of an electric drill. We waited until 6:00 pm, and the sound stopped before we could go into the room to rest. Then the electric drill started again on time at 8:00 the next day. Such guest rooms should not meet the standards at all. The platform did not clearly inform that the hotel had decoration conditions and quality problems, which violated the legitimate rights and interests of the guests. The hotel failed to provide guests with a good resting place and sufficient rest time. Instead, they were strongly affected and seriously disturbed by the noise, which affected the guests' physical and mental health and made complaints.
Environment: Very poor, very poor"
"Good value for money for the region. Cleaning needs to be improved as we found a cockroach as soon as we opened the room. They need to ventilate the hotel more since they have a smoking area. Many stores around which I consider excellent for shopping."
"There are breakfast, usually American scrambled eggs and boiled eggs, as well as sausage and ham. You can also make some waffles yourself. There are three kinds of cereals. There are two kinds of fruits. Basically, there are drinks, like juice or milk. The hotel has a washing machine and dryer, and each floor has it. Washing machine 8 25 cents wash once, the dryer is 4 25 cents. If you don't have enough cents, you can go to the front desk to change. Baggage can also be stored at the front desk without any fees. There is a parking lot."
"We stayed in room with 2 queen beds for 4 adults and 1 child. The pull out sofa bed was not very clean but we have brought a sleeping bag just in case. Other than that, the room is clean and ok. Hotel provided shampoo, conditioner and shower gel but housekeeping perhaps have missed checking it as the shower gel has run out. We just stayed for 1 night, so didn’t bother to call housekeeping to refill. And remember to bring your own toothbrush and toothpaste.
Breakfast was better than I thought. They offer variety of breads( bagel, toast, french toast) , juice ( orange/ apple) fruits, yogurt, breakfast sausage and eggs and drinks including Coffee tea chocolate milk.
View from 6/F was nice"
