"The room is not big and the facilities are too simple. The cups for brushing teeth are disposable plastic and the hand soap is thin and rough. Breakfast was included in the room rate, and when we went to eat on Sunday, the restaurant was not open. Although the meal was refunded in the end, the experience was very poor. Not recommended."

"The rooms here are comfortable and I like the modern decor and features in the room & bath...the shower is wonderful. Since my stay was during the pandemic, the services had been reduced but there was a morning coffee service that helped get the day going. I also appreciated the on-site laundry room. The machines in the gym were equipped with individual t.v. monitors. The hotel also has a shuttle to national airport. The best part of the hotel is the excellent/friendly service you receive from the staff. The only recommendation I would make would be to inform guests about dining options since the hotel could not provide anything b/c of covid. A few take-out menus or a list of nearby options (even if just posted in the lobby) would be helpful."

"The room was very nice, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and the airport driver pick-up was very convenient. Suitable for passengers entering and leaving the airport. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful with luggage storage and Wi-Fi! Worth recommending! There is also a business work area in the lobby where you can use computers to print documents and handle business."

"It was amazing!!! Thank you. Breakfast was great. Room was great. Customer service was awesome. Will consider this location again. My only gripe is that the 50th MCM was this weekend. It’s unfortunate that breakfast times were not adjusted for runners. Even having quick little bags with bananas, granola bars, orange slices, water or OJ would be very considerate. One day I didn’t even use my breakfast voucher so I felt like I wasted my money. Some of my friends had that marathon breakfast bag and I would have loved it too for the marathon day and shakeout run at the National Mall. Just something to consider. Thank you!"

"The room is very good, but parking is still 22 dollars, there is no description in the app, there is no refrigerator, there is a microwave oven, the bed is 1.8 meters, the price is OK."

"The hygiene and service are very good. The breakfast is quite rich, with bread, fried eggs, and fruits. Although there are not many varieties, everything is available. Breakfast ends on time, and no new items are served after 9 o'clock."

"Nice hotel, which is newly opened in August, 2025. Obviously very clean. I stayed for two nights. The view towards the Downtown DC and the Potomac river was exceptional. The location was great - very walkable to the Rosslyn station. One short fall was the front desk. I think as it is new, the employee lacked professionalism or may lack training. Approximately 3:55 am in the first night, the hotel suddenly charged my credit card, which was previously used for deposit when checking in. It was really distressing to be awaken in the middle of the night for a large amount of unauthorized transaction. As worried for a potential fraudulent use, I wasn't able to sleep back. Early next morning, I made a inquiry to the front gently but the employee simply replied that was a system error in a very indifferent manner. The response of just treating it as if it isn't anything and later to be released anyway was disproportionate its facility. I think that there is room for further improvement on the hotel' transaction system or service quality."

"The location is great! Just a 5-min walk from Ballston MU Subway Station. The hotel needs renovation. The lifts were alike those in the days of 1970s, and needed to be replaced. I checked in the hotel at around 4-5pm, the process was slow, as only one staff was on-duty. My room was spacious, though the furnitures were old-fashioned. The bedding sheets were quite new. My room was on the 6th floor facing the main road, but not much traffic noise heard at night time."

"This hotel was for my business trip. Since the main building was full, I was assigned to another building. There was no drinking water in the room, and the toilet was broken and couldn't be fixed. I wouldn't recommend it for leisure travel, and the breakfast was quite monotonous. On the bright side, the service was decent."
