GGuest UserMy flight was cancelled so I needed to find a place to stay. The location was very convenient for DCA airport, either by metro (2 stops) or car and connected to the mall. Following Ritz Carlton’s standard, all staff was incredibly respectful, caring and attentive without being stifling. Ordered in-room dining for dinner and it was okay, but nothing special. Presentation and service of it was impeccable. When checking in, I was unexpectedly upgraded to club floor, which was very kind of them, especially after a long day of canceled and rebooked flights. Please be sure to treat the staff kindly, as it is the right thing to do. If I am in the area again, I will happily return.

GGuest UserThe toilets are relatively small and the hotel is very new. You must ask for water from the front desk and you need to take a taxi to the city center. But the price is right and close to the airport.

GGuest UserOur family traveled to Washington by car in February, and this hotel is highly recommended. Self-parking is 44 dollars per night, and guest parking is 49 dollars per night, which is a bit expensive. If you park by yourself in the underground parking lot, you need to spend time looking for a parking space. The hotel has its own shuttle bus to the subway station, which is quite convenient. You can reach tourist check-in points in the city within a few subway stops. Cleanliness and service are average at Renaissance.

XXingshanzheAllenTwo bedrooms, one dining room and one living room large suite, the area of the suite is estimated to be 100 square meters, each bedroom is a large double bed of 1.5 meters, with a separate bathroom. The open kitchen is fully equipped with oven, microwave, large refrigerator, dishes, knives and forks. The restaurant has a large dining table, which can facilitate several people to eat and drink tea. Convenient transportation, about 6 minutes walk from the Pentagon City subway station, there is a Costco next to it, suitable for two pairs of friends or a family to travel. Cost-effective. However, because it is an apartment, there is no service. In fact, the family does not need too much service. highly recommended.

GGuest UserJust spent the night. Checked in around 6pm and checked out at 11am. Check out is a bit early. I’d hope for at least noon. The shuttle schedule is awful. Peak times there is no shuttle service. I guess the plus side is it’s only a 10 or so minute walk to the metro.
Breakfast is just meh. It comes with the room but def nothing to get up and rush down for.
The check in (front desk) staff was nice. I think you may get better rate booking directly with hotel.
I’d stay again if in the area.

JJ.weeFront desk is friendly and helpful to allow us to leave our luggage stored for free till our room is ready to check-in. Room is well kept and clean, however furnitures a bit old but still acceptable for us. Need to bring own bedroom slippers for all hotels in USA. Location to downtown just took Lyft which is not too expensive in Washington D.C.

AAnonymous UserPros: Location! It’s so close to the Crystal City Station (3 mins walk) so you can get to the downtown or even other placed by Metro easily. Other than that, I find the airport shuttle extremely helpful as it begins as early as 4 am and I had super early flight outside of Metro’s operating hour. The shuttle runs every 30mins and very punctual.
Cons: While the room is big enough, but the design and the hotel are old… The biggest downside to me is there is no complimentary bottled water in the room at all despite staying in such hotel brand…

TTIANFENGThe location is convenient. It is convenient to take the car and walk for about 5 minutes. There are visits, supermarkets, etc. nearby. A little bit feel that the safe passage to the room does not have a unified access, open-plan, the front of the room is the parking lot, anyone can move around
