This accommodation is a utilitarian building and does not provide a kitchen. Included is a refrigerator, microwave, a coffee maker, and a double plate counter top electric burner. Please feel free to bring a grill to cook meals. There are many restaurants you can visit or order take-out from. There is no "dining area" however there is a large desk with some folding chairs in which the guests may use. (The net on the tennis court will be taken down to store for the winter months)If you plan on taking a canoe out on the river, we ask that you wear a PFD at all times and to canoe upstream and float back down and to get out at our beach area (where you put in). There is nowhere to pull out as you go downstream as it leads to private property. Please place the canoe back on the rack when you are done. We do have PFD’s that will fit a teenager however, you may want to bring your own to make sure you have one that fits correctly for an adult or small child. The river is within a short walk. We ask people not to park in the grass or down at the river.Other things to note:-This is a tobacco free property.
