This is a good place in a nice location. Very decently priced and they have smoking and non smoking rooms. It's my top place to go to now when I need a hotel

Robert, the desk clerk was delightful.Room was extremely spacious and well appointed. Very nice stay. Bed was super comfortable and so were the pillows. ..so much so, I bought one. Thank you for that courtesy. My neck and back appreciate it The manager was a sweetheart for helping me. Thank you.

loved everything about this place. the location is right off the 87 / 90 interchange, so close to everything. it sits about 1000' from the crossgates mall property-which has plenty of entertainment, shopping, and food. the hotel has a TRU by Hilton on one side of it, and the other wing is the Homewood Suites. the HS side is well-appointed, with a nice cozy lounge that is next to the breakfast seating area. small business center. room was well-appointed, with a small kitchen, full fridge, microwave, sink, plates, spoons, etc. nice size bed, plenty of power outlets. the smell inside the room and bathroom was incredible. hard to describe, but was a nice fresh aroma. everything was clean. even the shower pressure was on point - nice and hard, on a certain setting of the shower head. complimentary body wash, shampoo, conditioner pump bottles on the wall. hand soap and lotion pump bottles next to the sink. super nice. breakfast was decent. the usual offerings: cheese omelet, round sliced ham, biscuits/gravy, cereals, breads, oatmeal, coffee and creamers, fruits, and waffle station. staff was courteous and helpful overall, this was a great place to stay overnight or for an extended stay. would definitely come here again.

Tru properties are unique and perfect for a short stay. My wife and I were in the area for two nights and out room was perfect. King size bed, small refrigerator, vinyl floors (NO RUGS, YAY!!) and everything was clean and fully functional. The breakfast area had great selection (healthy ones too!) and the lobby area is comfortable and attractive. There is an easy walk or one minute drive behind the hotel to a mall area with multiple restaurants. If Tru is too small and you need more room the property is unique as it is half Tru/half Homewood Suites.

From when I check in, I already knew my stay was gonna be lovely, great customer service, all needs was meant, my kids enjoy the basketball court , the suite was nice , a lil odor Bessie if the disposable, and hopefully next time , we can use the fire pit , over all was great 10/10 especially for price.

Maintenance guy was smoking cigarette in hall as we walked by. All that smoked waifed through hallways along with strong smell of indian food being cooked. No elevators to 2nd floor. Hall carpets outdated and dirty. No way the online reviews of 3 stars and up are not frauds. Stuck for 1 nite stay because their policy ..ya right we will see. Choice rewards program was of no assistance either. Been to many third world indigent coubtries and had better hotel than this. You have been warned. Tons of other grreat hotels instead. We decided on Hilton Homewood by mall. It was spectacular. Thank god we changed hotels

Staying here in the winter is taxing for anyone with mobility issues. The toilet is too low - seat is at 15-1/2” - 16” from the floor, which is the absolute minimum for anyone. And, if there's any precipitation, e.g., snow, ice, sleet, and it melts then freezes, the parking lot is solid ice. I arrived after an ice storm. Procured my room key from the clerk, then drove to a parking space in front of my room. Couldn't get from my car into the room - it was a sheet of ice. Called the FD - he sent out a very old, frail man to assist me. Well, together, we moved the car to a parking space with less ice around it and eventually got my basic luggage into the hotel. The next morning I couldn't avail myself of the complimentary breakfast because it's served in the same area as the check-in, at the front of the motel. And the parking lot was still a sheet of ice. I couldn't risk slipping and falling. If you don't enjoy walking/sliding/ loading/ unloading your vehicle on ice in the winter, don't stay here until spring or summer or fall.

There were mice droppings (poop) everywhere in the room, I notified front desk and she tried to assure me there was no mice… after I seen the poop in multiple places with my own eyes. Then when I went to check out because there was no way I was staying another night, the front desk associate tried to explain that they have a pest control come once a month so there is no way they have mice or rats and that it could just be a guest playing games???? I went to sleep and there wasn’t any poop, woke up and it’s everywhere! They 1000% have mice.

There is parking lot and breakfast in the morning, worthy of such a cheap price! There is a Chinese supermarket ”Jiajiale Supermarket” within 5 minutes' drive, which can satisfy your Chinese stomachache
