"Room had a funky smell and windows were filthy. There was a note under task from April saying rooms would not be freshened due to labor shortage. 7 weeks later no remedy. Negates one of the reason fro staying in a hotel Bathroom had half doors; knob fell off without me noticing. I stepped on it and slid. Fortunately was able to catch myself before falling. There was no remote for tv so had to call for one. Once it arrived tv didn't work; it had been disconnected. Maintenance came relatively quickly both times"

"It's very close to Ontario Airport, and if you reserve a free shuttle, it will run every 30 minutes. They serve breakfast from 5am, so I was able to fill my stomach a little even though I had an early morning flight. The room was clean, but it did smell like cigarettes."

No additional charge is required. Also close to Southern California Ontario Airport. It is also very convenient to stay here for one night when going to the East Coast."
