GGuest UserIt was a great stay the beds are comfortable the staff is very friendly and helpful the rooms are very spacious and clean it had everything we needed the suites came with top stove and they works so well we cooked full meals and I loved how we can borrow appliances like blenders waffle makers and more at the front desk we made sopes and empanadas I want to say the best part that i absolutely loved would have to be the soap the have the dove brand for hand soap lotion body wash conditioner and shampoo it was absolutely wonderful to feel like your actually at home

GGuest UserThe breakfast was terrible and obviously covid has caused them to close down the bar and happy hour, and the pool. But the price did not go down. Sucks for us that got spoiled before covid. Everything else was great. Happy new year

DDaxudiguoThe environment is really good and the air is fresh. I will stay here again in the future! It can almost be regarded as a base camp in Ontario. It is only 1.5 kilometers away from the airport! Very convenient!

Iice mangoThe hotel is quite outdated and it shows. The staff were especially nice and helpful. The bed is okay, but I noticed there is a smell coming from the walls or floors. Not too obvious, but you do get a whiff now and then. I guess i can't complain since the price is competitve.

SSimonThe rooms in American hotels of this price are basically simple and old, which is nothing to complain about, but the bed in the room did not have any odor, which was good. Since I arrived early at 12 noon, I was supposed to check in at 3 o'clock, but I explained to the front desk that my luggage was heavy. Anyway, there was an empty room, so she opened a room for me in advance, which was very satisfactory.

RReiThe manager told me it was my job to call someone to solve my already paid booking when their system was down upon arrival. Location is ok. Small shopping center next door. Pool is comfortable. The room was gorgeous and quite large. Huge beds, clean, quiet.
