"Everything okay but the breakfast same thing for both days and no juice for breakfast and the reception guy was very rude he throw the pen at me and was yell this happens on Friday night doing check in time ..and the other thing no pool but besides that everything els okay I will book again if I ever go back to Dallas Tx"

"I originally selected a room and was given something different without any explanation. When I did inquire about it the staff member was very nonchalant. Had paid $14 extra for parking and all the parking was the same. Never said anything about paid parking and a $50 deposit. I wish all this was put in writing up front. So when I paid for the room, plus parking, and a extra deposit in ONE transaction. The room was great, wonderful view, bed/bedding was comfortable, shower was amazing. Customer service in the morning wasn't all that great."

"The room was fine but the view overlooks only the lobby from the third floor. I did not get the “high floor” overlooking the road as promised and ended up walking up late as I use the sun as my wake up clock."

"Room is big and clean with large refrigerator, microwave, cooker, washer and drier and kitchen utensils; breakfast is cooked fresh as you order, staff are accommodating. Met the Manager Amina Partney and she is very nice and helpful."
