"Good value for money, although the hotel is located quite far from the town centre.
Large, clean rooms. They have a small gym and free coffee/water for guests. I didn't have a chance to try the breakfast though.
The staff attitude could be better towards the guests. One of the guys at the reception simply doesn't know what a basic etiquette is (at least to say ”hello” to his guests)."

"Gerry made us feel welcome the moment we walked up to the desk his positive attitude smile, and kindness was exceptional. Often, sadly front desk employees can be less than chipper. That was certainly not the case with Gerry! We laughed and told stories and honestly I wanted to hang with him at the desk and chat. He is one fine employee. I hope you can keep him! We will be back!"

"The hotel is conveniently located just 15 minutes drive from the famous Sibrook Beach. Although next to Wal-Mart and other shopping malls, it is very quiet. The front desk of the hotel is very nice"

"The hotel has free parking, the surrounding hotels are more expensive, this price is OK, breakfast is American, still rich, 9:00 ended, the room space design is reasonable. It is not cleaned thoroughly under the bathroom shower curtain, a bit moldy"

"Took my son and his friends here for his 11th birthday and he had a blast. My only complaint is that the pool was so small. Breakfast was phenomenal though with a big selection so all the kids were able to find things they liked. Overall we would stay again. The staff was amazing and super helpful with any requests we had."

GGuest UserThe front desk person who checked us in was not very friendly,did not give us any information about the hotel.We stayed three nights and no room service whatsoever our trash was never emptied had to take our own trash to the dumpster never had fresh towels brought in . Only saving grace with this hotel was the complimentary breakfast very tasty and a lot of different choices and the staff there was very friendly and attentive.

TTee79Nice place to stay. Was quiet, clean, and the owner was very friendly. Not too bad of a price this time of year. They do require $100 deposit that is refunded if there is no damage to the room. All rooms are no smoking, which is nice. Definitely recommend if you're in Hampton.

GGuest UserNice, clean and quiet hotel. There was coffee provided in the morning in the lobby with sugar and powdered creamer. The elevator was quick and the wait was always short. The fourth floor room was on the small side however it was clean and quiet with a good heat and air conditioning system. The bathroom was better than I expected however the water pressure in the shower was inadequate although there was enough water.
The bathroom was spotless. The TV and microwave worked well. All in all, I would stay there again.
