"The room is clean, the location is good, on the 5th roadside, but not noisy"

"The room was facing I-5, and the traffic was noisy all night long. Fortunately, I brought earplugs, otherwise I might as well have dozed off in the car and continued on my way. Check-in was at 10:30 pm and check-out was at 8:30 am. The experience was a bit uneconomical. It's a good idea to book it near Olympia Airport, where your stay will be more comfortable. Would not recommend this hotel. In addition, a small so-called swimming pool is being repaired, and other facilities are basically not used."

"The bathtub was very slow to drain. I had to turn off the water several times so that water doesn’t come up to my feet, which would’ve defeated the purpose of getting clean. Everything else was great though. The food options, the front desk, and the room overall were the ones that stood out to me. Thank you!"

"This location is really showing its age, The air conditioner produces loud noise to an extend that affects sleep. We also experienced power outage in the morning, that affected providing anything hot."

"The room is very large and comfortable, and the breakfast is delicious. The self-service laundry room costs 9 quarters for washing and 8 quarters for drying. You can pay coins or swipe cards. To give you a reference. Sara at the front desk was very friendly and helpful."

"Room was great but tub didn’t drain fully I let them know when we checked out they were grateful and said they would address it and get if fixed before the room was rented out again. Pool cold and hot tub where barely warm but they had been recently refilled from what the front desk staff said and those things take awhile to reheat. Breakfast was amazing as where all the staff we really enjoyed our stay and will be back in the future once the pool is warmer."

"Check in was an absolute nightmare. I booked through trip.com instead of through hotel for a better deal. When I arrived the hotel audit told me there were two bookings under my name even though I only made one, so when she tried to cancel one it deleted both bookings... Online it says no refunds, and I had already paid for my room, and she was trying to make me pay a second time because she claimed she ”couldn't see my payment.” 🙄 She made me give her the number to the booking agency who basically told her they can't refund the money as per policy. She wasn't going to give me a room at all it felt like unless I paid again. Mind you, I paid $95 or $97 after taxes, no way in hell was I going to let that go and give the hotel more money. NO. Eventually she called her manager which she should have done to begin with and he talked her though how to fix the mistake. I am still angry over this. It was my first time here and it took me over an HOUR to get into a room. I was late to my online conference for work because of this. RIDICULOUS!!!!!! Aside from her, the hotel room was very cozy and comforting. Bed was unbelievably comfortable, so was the sofa in the room. I like that they use neutrogena products in the bathroom as well. Looks like updated flooring in hallway and bathroom which was really cute. I do recommend staying here as I'm sure the above incident doesn't happen all the time. Breakfast in morning was good, VERY polite woman serving. All staff had masks on and I noticed a couple regularly using sanitizer... I'll probably stay again."

"The sauna tub in the kind room we upgrade to was amazing nice treat for sure Charles at the front desk was amazing I would request that the mobile app make the fee more know upfront because there was 100 deposit I didn’t know about because it’s not view able on the mobile app"

"The hotel room was spacious and clean, and the bathroom facilities were excellent. The friendliness was top-notch, and the location was excellent. If I ever return to Olympia, I'd definitely stay here again."
