"This hotel feels a bit like an old car, but it's a decent option for a layover near Newark Airport. They offer an airport shuttle, though it doesn't run very frequently. The breakfast was particularly bad, and the plates looked like they weren't even washed properly. I even overheard a Chinese gentleman in the restaurant constantly complaining about it."

"The hotel was convenient to a major highway, shopping and eateries. The room was nicely decorated with a comfortable chair to relax in. The hall was hot, poorly lit and the carpet looked dirty. There was a bag of garbage left at the ice machine for more than 12 hours, the soda machine did not work. The room was freezing and I was unable to adjust the thermostat to a comfortable temperature. The picture on the tv was terrible and there was a minimal number of channels to choose from. A cooked to order breakfast was included with the room, however, it was really a buffet with poor quality food."

"The proximity to the airport is ideal. There's a large mall right next door, which is within walking distance. The front desk staff were rather unfriendly and seemed uninterested. The airport shuttle is advertised to run every 30 minutes. However, at 4:45 AM, we had to wait for over 20 minutes. After our checkout, the man at the front desk had disappeared and didn't reappear. Another woman, who was also waiting for the shuttle, ended up calling a taxi because she couldn't ask anyone at the reception when or if it would arrive. The shuttle driver was also very unfriendly and didn't help with loading our luggage. Overall, the service was far from customer-friendly. What a shame."

"Compared to another New York hotel the day before, this place is simply heaven. The price is only 60% of that hotel, but the facilities, location, hygiene and breakfast are all better. I will stay here again if I have the chance. There are many places to shop and eat around the hotel. I especially recommend the Dragonfly restaurant next to it. It is very cheap and good. It doesn't seem like the price in New York but in China. The food tastes very good. I was so excited that I gave a 20% tip. The hotel facilities are complete, the breakfast is also quite rich, the room is clean and hygienic, and I had a good sleep. Recommended"
