"The staff was extremely friendly and helpful - which was a marked contrast to the arrogance we had just left behind at a comparable property in Aspen.
Facilities were very comfortable. Complimentary coffee and tea absolutely hit the spot.
Bottom line is that we expect to return at some point. "
"Going to Weir to see the snow, chose this relatively cost-effective hotel, we chose a loft room, upstairs bedroom bathroom, the living room on the first floor has a fireplace, eat hot pot, and watch the snow outside is very warm. This place belongs to Westwell, a short distance from the center of Weir. There are many people skiing in the snow season, there is a Chinese restaurant next to it, Taiwanese opened, and the proprietress is very enthusiastic."
"Brand new hotel by Marriott. We actually had an apartment. Everything was very new and nice. Breakfast was better than in most of the places we have been to. Gum is great, the staff is super professional. They are not very close to the Vail downtown but free shuttle solves this problem completely. One of the nest stays. The amenities and jacuzzi are amazing."
"The bad review was for the hot tub. The water was warm at first, but not hot. It was not hot enough for a hot tub. The tourists who were soaking in it said that they had called the workers to fix it. My child and I started to feel slightly hot water pouring in a few minutes after we went in. After about 10 minutes, the water was a little hotter than at the beginning, but suddenly a large amount of cold water began to pour in. The pool quickly became cold, so we left quickly. The next morning, my child and I both caught a cold."
"Amazing location, friendly service, clean room, and our room was quiet. Also, we were very happy that the hotel is pet friendly and allowed dogs. The only thing to note is parking is not included. So if you are bringing a car, there is a parking structure across that street but there’s a fee for parking."
"Although it is a long-opened hotel, it is much better than I expected. The facilities are complete and the room is clean. It is a great experience. There is a ski resort just outside the door. The breakfast is also super delicious."
"T did not check in due to personal reasons, but the cancellation service provided by this hotel and Ctrip is very good. Sonnealp this hotel must have the opportunity to stay."
