The room was clean and tidy, and the sanitation was excellent. The service attitude was great, and the large room with high ceilings felt spacious and comfortable. I stay at Platinum every time I'm on a business trip. Housekeeping staff member #100 provided excellent service. I'll definitely stay here again next time.

Service: The room provided a crib, bed rail, and even a baby bathtub, which was incredibly thoughtful. My baby slept wonderfully, making my trip with a little one so much easier. Ambiance: The environment is excellent, and its central location means transportation is very convenient, with plenty of dining options nearby. Late-Night Snack: Every evening around 9 PM, they call to ask if you'd like a late-night snack, which is a really nice touch. Breakfast: There's a wide variety of breakfast options, including food suitable for babies, and the menu changes daily, which is fantastic.

The room was clean and bright, with excellent hygiene and comfortable bedding. The front desk staff were warm and attentive, and the location was convenient. The facilities were complete, the environment was quiet, and overall it offered great value for money. My stay was excellent, and I would choose this hotel again for my next trip.

A very cost-effective hotel! Very close to Wuyue Square, convenient transportation, hotel lobby, corridors, elevators and rooms are very clean. The room is oversized, the bathroom is separated from wet and dry, the whole house is intelligent, there is no noise, the view is super good, and the breakfast is rich and delicious. Especially parking friendly! Large parking lot, super good parking. The front desk staff is professional and responsible!

The standard room has a pretty large bed, 1.5 meters wide, and the hygiene is decent. Breakfast was also okay. Overall, it's a good experience. It's located in the city center, which makes getting around very convenient. It's definitely my top choice when traveling with kids.

Really happy with the room, got a free upgrade! Parking was super convenient, and there's a shopping mall right across the street. Great for getting around, and plenty of food options nearby. Being on a high floor, it was quiet and peaceful. Definitely my top choice when visiting Cixi. Very good, very good!

I can't remember how many times I've been here, because I like it very much. The service is very attentive and friendly. This time I upgraded to an executive smart room. Xiaodu is very dedicated, haha. What I like most is the hotel's breakfast, which is very rich. Chinese stomachs love it. There are basically all kinds of noodles, rice cakes, porridge, tofu pudding, and rice cakes. Western food also has various breads, cheeses, salads, and stir-fried dishes. The taste is also very good. Just for this breakfast, I have to stay here next time, haha

The room was spacious, with two large beds and a bathtub, which the kids loved! The breakfast was also good. The room was clean and hygienic, and the service was attentive. The whole family was very satisfied! We would definitely book here again next time!

I'm really sorry for forgetting to comment. The hotel is OK, the parking lot is not big, and the parking is disorderly. It was full of cars in the morning, and the security guard had to move them out. The breakfast is OK, but not rich. The room size is just right, and the bedding is good. The shower water is big enough, but it is easy to leak outside. The smart toilet is not smart, but it works. The hotel is not far from the snack street on foot, it is still worth recommending
