Hotels in Hangzhou Bay New Zone/Andong Town/Shengshan Town, Cixi

This hotel is very close to Fantawild, making it our top choice when visiting the park. The breakfast spread is incredibly rich, with options like oatmeal and rice cake soup, and it all tastes great! The lobby is spacious and offers a delicious afternoon tea. Our room was quite clean, and this time we were on the 20th floor, providing a panoramic view of the surroundings. There's a wide variety of takeout available, with all sorts of cuisines, including tangyuan (glutinous rice balls) and small seafood dishes. 'Yan' from room service was very enthusiastic; when we called to ask for children's slippers and toiletries, they were delivered incredibly fast. They even proactively called us when we left something behind in the room, which was super reliable! We'll definitely stay here again next time.

The room facilities are very good, very complete, health is also good, dry and wet separation, the environment is very good, not noisy, convenient to eat around, the front desk service is great, the room type arranged is satisfactory.

This time, I specifically accompanied my daughter to Hangzhou Bay New Area for her teacher qualification exam. After comparing several options, we chose the Hilton Hangzhou Bay New Area Huiting Hotel, and the stay far exceeded our expectations! Upon arriving at the hotel and checking in, the front desk staff warmly and proactively helped with our luggage. The check-in process was efficient and smooth, and they thoughtfully reminded us that our room's orientation was quiet, perfect for my daughter's exam preparation. During our free time, we chatted with Manager Wang in the lobby. She not only patiently recommended convenient transportation routes but also enthusiastically shared interesting local stories about Hangzhou Bay New Area. It felt like chatting with an old friend, making us feel exceptionally warm and welcome. The hotel's facilities were also a pleasant surprise. The convenience store had snacks and daily necessities readily available, so we didn't have to worry about getting hungry while studying late at night. The self-service bar offered a wide variety of drinks, perfect for a relaxing break. The laundry room was clean and tidy, solving our laundry woes during our extended stay. The gym was fully equipped, a great place to relax after the exam. And the hotel's breakfast restaurant deserves special mention! The menu was diverse and nutritionally balanced, ensuring my daughter was full of energy for her exam. During our stay, the room was clean and tidy, fully equipped, and the soundproofing was excellent, allowing my daughter to study and rest peacefully every day. Whether it was the routine inquiries at the front desk or the on-call service in the rooms, the staff demonstrated professionalism and attentiveness. I sincerely recommend this hotel to anyone traveling for exams or family trips. Next time I'm in Hangzhou Bay New Area, I will definitely choose this hotel again!

This was my second stay at this hotel. Xiao Xue at the front desk has an excellent memory and her service remains incredibly attentive and thoughtful. Even before I had checked in this time, she proactively sent a message and kindly arranged my room in advance. She also prepared a welcome fruit platter for the room. The service was incredibly heartwarming, making me truly feel at home. Seeing that I had luggage, she took the initiative to arrange for a concierge colleague to help take my bags to the room. When checking out, she also pre-arranged for a concierge to come to my room and assist with my luggage. The experience was excellent, and I'd like to express my sincere gratitude. When I come back to Hangzhou Bay New Area for business in the future, I will definitely choose this Century Golden Resources hotel again.

Our family, old and young, spent Chinese New Year's Eve and the following day on a two-day, one-night trip at the Junlan, occupying four rooms, and it exceeded our expectations. From the moment of online booking, the hotel staff were incredibly helpful, answering all our questions and assisting with changing rooms to king-size beds and connecting us with the catering department to book our New Year's Eve dinner. Mr. Fang from the catering department helped us with the menu, ensuring everything was perfectly arranged. The hotel did a fantastic job with the New Year's atmosphere. The rooms were well-equipped, and I particularly loved the large balcony. Every detail of the hotel showcased its exquisite operational philosophy. Xiao Yun provided excellent service on-site, and the breakfast spread was very rich. The hotel's location is superb; just walk through the hotel's tea bar to the back, and you'll reach Baoyun Lake, where the lakeside area is perfect for a stroll and enjoying the scenery.

The hotel service was excellent. Check-in was fast, and the room was spotlessly clean with no strange smells. All the facilities were complete and in good working order. The environment was quiet, so I wasn't disturbed by any noise. The staff were gentle and polite, and they resolved any issues promptly. There are plenty of dining and entertainment options nearby. My stay exceeded my expectations, and I highly recommend it!!!!!!!!!!!

Getting to the room by electric scooter was a fun experience. A very novel hotel model. The mattress was very comfortable, but the bathroom light was too dim; you could barely see your face. The environment was very quiet, and I slept very comfortably. The hot spring itself has its own saltiness and is just steps from the room. There's a large square nearby, which is very convenient. The only downside was the breakfast; it wasn't very impressive. I hope they improve it—the steamed buns were a bit hard, and the fried noodles were a bit cold. There's a fun little playground for kids on the second floor above the reception.

The hotel is quite easy to find. The second floor offers a variety of dining options, and there's an outdoor movie screening in the evening. The facilities are comprehensive. The floors are named after the 24 solar terms, showing attention to detail! The rooms have smart AI controls, but the soundproofing isn't great; the noise from the air conditioner units in the building across the street can be heard from over 10 floors down. The indoor environment is decent, but the trash cans weren't lined with trash bags… After turning off the lights at night, the nightlights (yellow) and air conditioner light (green) are both on, which isn't ideal for people who need to sleep well… Overall, it's okay. Booking early during the holidays is more affordable, and it's not far from Fantawild. Heartwarming late-night snack: The mixed noodles were delicious!

This hotel is super convenient for visiting Fantawild. They offer a free shuttle service, and the environment is quite good. The room layout, with a queen bed and a bunk bed, was perfect for two adults and two children. The bathroom was spacious and clean, and the overall room size was quite large. Breakfast was simple, nothing special but perfectly adequate. Overall, it's great value for money.

The overall experience of the hotel is particularly good, the location is convenient, and the travel is very convenient. The room was clean and tidy, the facilities were complete, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and the stay was very stable. The front desk service was warm and thoughtful, the attitude was very good, and the response was timely. The sanitation is in place, the environment is quiet and not noisy, the price is very high, the overall aspects are very satisfactory, and I will choose this next time I stay.
