Sunrise Resort Motel South

Arrived to find the bedroom had many bugs in bathroom..which reception denied ..so we killed them and put them in bin. The rooms..very basic. Sir con unit was that loud and situated over the double bed..with plug wire hanging down dangerously.. and the noise..you didn't get any sleep! Smoke alarm was off the wall and in a draw. Dressing table missing front Divider between beds and living area was a painted peg board! Cooker had no handle on oven door Drawer in kitchen we opened to find 4 plastic tea spoons and no forks no knives and just one dessert spoon..keep in mind four of us in room Plug was coming away with our phone charger..dangerous. Pool was OK but no good for younger ones as it did not have shallow end. Area round pool disgusting..needs cleaning and updating Beds were clean.. Lastly not one hanger in wardrobe! Needs so much updating and needs sweeping through by those who issued their hotel license. Nope..won't be visiting again just so poor.
