The location of the hotel is superior, just on the bustling Fifth Avenue, it is very convenient to travel. The Green Olive Italian restaurant next to the hotel is great and super affordable. The room is neat and clean, the bed is big and comfortable, the water in the swimming pool is salty like seawater😀

We arrived in Naples for a long weekend getaway. Instantly greeted by Michelle at the Front Desk who was so kind and helpful after a long travel day. She was great with information about the area. We utilized the shuttle beach service Saturday and Sunday. Hotel offers Free beach chairs, towels and water. If you need an umbrella, the beach service area, once at the beach, is very convenient and inexpensive to rent. Bella, the Front Desk Manager aka Shuttle Van Driver is GREAT! She has a bubbly personality and impeccable service skills. You can tell, she loves her job. We had a wonderful weekend. The rooms were spotless. The Pool was clean and beautiful. Highly recommend !!

I have always been loyal to the Hilton Brand for years. The staff who interacted with were very friendly and helpful - the friendly receptionist at check-in and the diligent Ilina who replenishes the breakfast offering. I wish the room was brighter; it was dark and univiting. The bathroom does not have a fan and toiletries were of different makes and did not include a body lotion. Despite the few setbacks, the staff compensated with great service.

This is not the Ritz I remember before Marriott took over. All the employees are very professional and polite that we interacted with except some of the valet employees. Sloppy and non responsive. We were on the 14th floor with 2 queen beds ( not by our choice, we expected a king) and the beds were horrible. We slept in holes each night. Unable to get a good nights sleep during our three nights there. The beds appear to have feather toppers on the mattress that should be fluffed and definitely are not. Maybe the mattresses need to be replaced too in my opinion. If the beds are not comfortable and not getting a good nights sleep it messes up my entire day therefore I will not return. Other people in our group commented on the same thing.

I booked an engagement photo session with Chris Corona and I was beyond impressed with the work he did! I highly highly recommend Chris for any photo needs but specifically our engagement session was not only very fun and he made my fiancé and I super comfortable but he 1000% got what I was visualizing. First, Chris sets up a call with you and asks what you’re interested in doing. And when we arrived he knew the poses and saw exactly what I envisioned . The pictures are STUNNING and I got so many compliments. These are such stunning images that will last through our family forever. I 100% recommend Chris he was amazing and I couldn’t have asked for more beautiful images. Hands down the most amazing experience and end products!

I don't say this lightly, I would prefer not to go on vacation vs. staying here again. The person who checked us in was so kinda, and when we asked to have our room switched they were so quick to help out, but the hotel rooms and hallways were truly gross. We did not use the pool and missed the breakfast so I have no comment there. Prior to staying here, I didn't do much research. We are super familiar with the naples area and just needed a place to stay at for a night before our airbnb opened. I travel for work often and trust marriott and didn't think twice about booking a reliable Residence Inn. We got in pretty late, it must have been just before midnight. I point this out because I'm not sure if they were low on availability or something. The first room we were given had a unique scent of throw up upon opening the door. Like it was blatant. When my husband went into the bedroom, there were wet spots all over on the carpet and our gut just felt like the room was not properly cleaned. It really, really smelled. When we opened the crib for our son a bunch of cheerios fell out of the pack and play. It was that moment that I realized I had to be that person to ask for a different room. I really don't often do this but the smell of throw up was overwhelming and the floor was too wet to trust it. Honestly, it was really gross. I'm disappointed they'd even offer this room to someone. When we opened the door to the second room, the smell was overwhelmingly of ciggarettes. It's a nonsmoking hotel and room so clearly someone just broke the rules. They didn't have another crib so we just carried the cheerio crib to this room. We realized two of the garbages in the new room hadn't been emptied. At this point it was like 1AM and we just tried not to think about it and fell asleep. When we woke up we packed up our things and peaced out as quickly as we could. I share this experience because I always trust Marriott but this was BAD. We paid an insane amount of money for our one night (high season) and I left feeling violated. I know that probably sounds comical but I felt scammed. In summary, the check in guy was so kind. This isn't a knock on the workers. But the two rooms we experienced were flat out disgusting and not sanitary. I would not stay there ever again even if the entire stay was free.
