Stayed at CityClass Hotel Alter Markt for two nights. The location is perfect! It takes only 5 minutes to walk to Cologne Cathedral. The morning bells and the aroma of coffee start the journey~ The hotel design combines classical and modern elements. Each room can overlook the red roofs of the old town. The bathroom products are L'Occitane series, which is super healing. The free breakfast includes freshly baked croissants and local yogurt. The butler will take the initiative to ask about the itinerary needs every day, and give Cologne perfume as a gift when checking out. The most surprising thing is that the hotel concierge provides personalized travel suggestions, and the subway card and attraction ticket processing is super considerate! The price per person is about ￥800+, which is very cost-effective in the city center. I will strongly recommend this treasure hotel to my friends!

The TV and the tablet at the reception were in Japanese, the TV could be used with Chromecast, the room was not large but clean and comfortable. The staff were all very kind.

Good hotel. Nice staff. The rooms are very small, it is better to take a bigger room for an extra fee. There were no bigger rooms left for our dates. The breakfast is small, you can have breakfast in a cafe nearby.

The hotel is generally good. But the rooms are a bit cold. The air conditioner does not heat. Also the room was clean the first day. The next day only the beds and towels were changed. The floors were not swept and the minibar was not replenished. The breakfast was good and sufficient.
