Good Very satisfied

Exellent service.At the moment i m in the room.Hiruna and Kavindu both of them did a exellent job.they clened my room properly .my bed, living area,my bath room all the areas are very cleand.I feel so easy because my room now very calm,clean and very good condition .

We went there for the dinner buffet. A very good variety with good foods. Price is worth for the quality of food. lovely atmosphere.Great location with fantastic view of the Indian Ocean.very friendly staff.they have very good customer care specially malshan and isuru❤️ Overall nice experience. Highly recommend.that is our 2nd visit.definitely we will come again.

I have visit with one of a executive Mr zeyard gave so many options regarding most of the varieties of restaurants and visit in ahasa restaurants as well Nice experience I had my awesome dinner in Indian ocean pavilion with 6 of them so delicious food I had in I visit again I recommend for my colleagues as well so authentic place I visit thanks for the crew in the restaurants again

Sineka was very polite and was attending with all concerns. She has complete dedication to her work. Best room service I have met. Rooms was all clean and tidy. She alone has completed cleaning possess. Good job Sineka. Keep up the good work.

Great spread @ Breakfast , good hospitality by the team very caring . Especially Lasantha . Love the Gym and the instructor is great Dalunjana . I love the music in the lounge and the luxury hours . Over all a great experience I have recommended to my friend and family to select the place .

I recently visited hotel SPA in ITC Rathnadipa..The serene atmosphere, calming music, and welcoming staff set the perfect tone. I chose the signature head massage with a soothing scalp treatment and aromatherapy. The therapist Achini was attentive, relieving tension effortlessly. The high-quality, natural products left my hair feeling soft and revitalized. I highly recommend a Kaya Kai spa visit!

All the services by them are very good and recommended. On time perfect service by the team. Rooms are very clean and luxurious. Friendly and good customer service. The view of the hotel and interiors everything is very attractive. Highly recommend for your stay

As I waited for the check-in formalities to be completed, a refreshing welcome drink was served, which was a perfect way to beat the humidity. The room I stayed in was truly exceptional, offering a breathtaking view of the sea. I can't thank ITC enough for making this experience so memorable. Given that my trip was a mix of business and leisure, we opted to hire a car from the hotel. The service was impeccable, with a comfortable car and a knowledgeable driver who ensured we explored the city with ease. One of the highlights of my stay was witnessing the most beautiful sunset from the 29th floor while savouring some delicious cocktails and snacks. If you're staying at ITC Ratnadipa, make sure not to miss this magical moment. I was delighted to see a variety of local Sri Lankan dishes at the buffet for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Though I am not usually a buffet person, I made it a point to try one or two local dishes each morning and treated myself to a grand Sri Lankan lunch, expertly curated by Chef Rohan and his talented team. A special mention must go to my butler, Vonisha, who kept track of all my schedules and made my stay so smooth and enjoyable. Thank you, Vonisha, for your attentive services. At ITC Ratnadipa, you can expect rooms with stunning sea views, warm hospitality, and an array of traditional Sri Lankan delicacies.
