Unbeatable ocean view! Step out the door, cross the railway, and you're at the beach 🏖️. There's also a pool inside. The manager and doorman were friendly, and the buffet breakfast was decent. However, the sea view is absolutely top-notch. Highly recommend for those prioritizing the view!

The staff person who checked me in was very kind and helpful. The property is older and in need of a revamp and thorough cleaning. I scrubbed the tub with bleach to remove the caked on dirt. The bedding should smell fresher, especially the pillows. The bathroom could also use a new shower curtain to replace the one with mold spots.

Very nice hotel in city center. Rooms are big, very clean and all equipment are first class. Cleanliness level is very high in hotel and service is always great and friendly. Restaurant on top of the roof with city view is amazing, many tasty food options available. Breakfast is great also, many food options available. Many shops are close to hotel. Swimming pool on top of building is nice place hang out, you can see ocean and city from there.

Good hygiene and clean business hotel for stay

The hotel is good, the service staff is particularly warm to people, the breakfast is acceptable to the Chinese, and the house is clean and quiet. The surrounding attractions are only 20 yuan by taxi, next to the sea, the scenery is beautiful.

It's quite close to the beach with many restaurants in the surrounding area. However, it's a bit far from the airport, taking about two hours.

Excellent little French hideout in the middle of Colombo. Friendly owners and staff, delicious French breakfast, and a wonderfully designed room made the stay one of the best ones we've had in Sri Lanka.

Excellentw location next to many great restaurants including Chilax. Nice uninterrupted view of the Indian ocean. Good aircon and ample hot water in the bathroom. Good WiFi throughout. It’s a bit loud from the passing trains even after the windows are closed. Rooftop view of the Indian ocean is really relaxing. Staff is nice and relaxed. We recommend.

My recent stay at the Hotel Sei Sea, was pleasant, and very much convenience. Enjoy friendly vibes, top security, and affordability in an idyllic location.
