Sami at the front desk did an excellent job helping me check in. This was much needed after a long and stressful drive! We love staying with Marriott it’s always clean and comfortable and safe. If you’re passing through Missouri I would recommend.

Perfectly fine hotel.
Easy check in and they gave me a room at the back because it will be quiet. (There are lots of visitors here for sporting events this week.)

This Fairfield is a little below par. Location is good - just off I-70. Several restaurants nearby. Staff was friendly checking in. King room was very small - had to put suitcase in the closet to have room to walk to bathroom. Nightstand was sticky. Hot tub was dirty - had to pass on that. Breakfast buffet was normal - but they had no milk out at 8:00 am. I asked the attendant thinking she needs to bring more out - we don't have milk. How are you supposed to eat cereal without milk? The indifferent attitude was frustrating. North side of the hotel is away from I-70 and rooms will be quieter. South side rooms will hear highway noise.

Our stay was average. The beds were very uncomfortable and the hwy was extremely loud in the room. It was very close to the venue we were attending.

Check in was quick and easy. The desk clerk was awesome. Our room was clean and beds comfortable The guest laundry was nice, the washers were $2 a load with free dryers although one dryer was broken. The room door had to be pulled shut or it wouldn’t latch and the bathroom door would shut but couldn’t be pulled enough to latch. The shower water pressure good. We can’t comment on breakfast as we decided not to eat there went next door to Cracker Barrel
