It is a small hotel, with 18 rooms, the front desk is very small, and there is always only one person. The price of 5 stars, the room is about 3-4 stars, and the service is about 3 stars. But we missed a mobile phone after we checked out. The hotel found out and contacted us by email. We replied to the email and asked them to arrange for DHL to send it back (fees at their own expense). They dealt with it in a timely manner. Thank you very much.

Beautiful hotel, and very friendly staff. Alberto was exceptionally helpful, as were the reception staff. We ate in the restaurant twice, and both meals were excellent. The room was delightful. We find it difficult to criticise anything. Both experiences we enjoyed - the One, and the mountain visit, were enjoyable and very helpfully organised by your staff. As I said, Alberto could not have been more attentive. We would highly recommend Vista Como.

We had an absolutely amazing time and couldn’t rate the service we received in the hotel highly enough, it really was exceptional. The additional touches were fantastic. I would highly recommend staying in Vista Lago Di Como to anyone considering staying in Lake Como.

Beautiful hotel in the very best of locations!! Waterfront with many restaurants in easy walking distance. The delicious breakfast was a delight each morning. The staff was attentive and helpful. We would definitely consider staying here again!!

The staff was incredible in every way ! Professional, kind and courteous ! Always very helpful! For example, we were escorted to our boat excursion- a 2 minute walk! The hotel is just beautiful. Great food and awesome drinks! Would definitely go back!!!

Beautifully appointed. Gracious and attentive staff. Great home base to explore Lake Como and easy access to Milan. The excursions were amazing! Highly recommend the sunset cruise. Transportation from the airport to the hotel was seamless and stress free.

Valentina Mongodi was there to greet us. She took excellent care of us the entire time. Helping with directions and doing everything she could to make our stay and our travel more comfortable. We were so impressed with her. Thank you Vanlentina!!

One of the best hotels we’ve ever stayed at!! Everyone at the hotel is so helpful and kind, and we hope to come back one day. My wife’s passport was stolen on the way to Lake Como and we were stressed about the what to do, but Chiara and Josh helped us find the police station, embassy, best train routes, etc. Thanks to their help, we were able to get a new passport in half a day and enjoy the rest of the time at Lake Como. The hotel is located right by the ferry station, perfect for visiting the neighboring towns. After a long day exploring, we would have dinner and drinks at the restaurant/bar overlooking the lake. Not only was this hotel beautiful and in a perfect location in Como, the entire staff was amazing which made this hotel one of the best we’ve stayed at! If you’re debating to stay at this hotel or not, just do it. It’s worth it!

The rooms, service and attention were beyond compare! i felt very pampered and like i was the most important person in the hotel even though I saw that everyone received the same great service. The Beds were very comfortable and the pillows were perfect. I never sleep that well outside of my own bedroom. Thank you for making this a home away from home with the benefit of being in Beautiful Lake Como!
