been staying with Citihub for years since they're new. staff is friendly as always. but the hotel hasn't been maintained perfectly. we booked 3 room for like 4 nights and noticed few problems like showerhead not opening properly, dead AC remote, or the AC not working perfectly. but one thing that I can always count from Citihub is the cleanliness. and its comfort. hope they can fix these minor issue, but regardless, Im coming back next time we visit Jogja

Ordered a Saphire room but it turned out to be a room in the basement. Even though there is wifi, the signal is still difficult. Asking to move rooms because the signal is difficult is not allowed. Even though when ordering on the application the room type is different but the price is the same. FO argued that the rooms were full. Even though if you look at the application there is still a blank. What was even more surprising was that the breakfast was not buffet style but catered. The worst 3 star hotel I have experienced

I was worried about staying here because I saw bad reviews. This is the first time trying a budget hotel and it's not that bad. The receptionist is a bit dirty, but overall it's good. The rooms and hallways are clean and smell good. For wifi it's also fast, there is a water heater but it really takes a long time to heat. The sleeping light in the room was off, already complained that he said it was damaged so it couldn't be repaired. There is 1 elevator, and the building consists of 3 floors. No sandals. The location of the hotel is near a red light, it's always jammed late at night. It's just that the deposit is really big, unlike hotels in general, which is usually only 100 thousand, here is 200 thousand. There is a place for spa and massage. For the first time, it didn't disappoint. 8/10✨️
