Consuegra Hotels with Airport pickup service

We stayed here on a road trip of Spain, we chose it as nothing more than a stopping off point on our way to the coast, unfortunately we had booked in on a Sunday which meant that everything in the hotel was essentially closed. The only staff present was the lady who checked us in and we were the only guests in the whole place. She pointed to the centre of the town on the map where we could find a few restaurants for our evening meal. This sounds like a disaster but to be honest we found a nice place to eat which was very reasonable and actually enjoyed our stay in the little town. The hotel was very reasonably priced so we had their largest room which was spotlessly clean and even had a nice rooftop terrace. They did us proud for breakfast in the morning considering we were the only guests, overall we both felt that staying here was a pleasant interlude on our journey. I’m sure if it was any other day than a Sunday we would have had a nice meal in their restaurant.

The hotel has good conditions and has been in line with expectations. We would like the pool to open early in the morning to enjoy the time of not so warm. The telephone for the reception did not work, because I tried to use it at 0 and 30m and no one answered.

Veniamos de un viaje muy largo. Cansados no cansadisimos. Entre tantas otras opciones decidimos parar aquí a pasar la noche, por sus buenas criticas y buen precio. Resulta que al llegar nos dieron la habitación de justo al lado de recepción y de la puerta que daba a la calle. Me extrañó recibir esta hab pero del cansancio, no pensé en las consecuencias: cada vez que alguien entraba de la calle a hacer el check in ( a más de la 1 de la noche) me despertaba... se oían voces muy fuertes. Gracias a dios solo hubo un checkin a esta hora. Pero por la mañana la simpatica y por lo que creo corta de mente de la recepcionista, nos volvió a despertar a las 7 y media de la mañana. Escuchabamos el sonido de su móvil cada vez que recibía un wassap!! Absolutamente vergonzoso. ¿Qué recepcionista en su sano juicio deja el movil a todo volumen habiendo habitación al lado de su recepción? Además, mi querida recepcionista habló por teléfono en manos libres en varias ocasiones. Portazos... gente saliendo..... Despert**** así no se lo recomiendo a nadie. Me dió coraje!! La hab hubiera sido de 10 de no ser por esta falta de respeto.

Estupendo y coqueto apartamento en el centro de Consuegra. No le falta detalle y tiene todo lo que puedas necesitar para hacer tu estancia perfecta . La propietaria, que es encantadora, te deja la nevera con todo lo necesario para el desayuno ( e incluso uno de los días nos llevó unas porras recientes para desayunar) Tiene en la azotea una terraza desde la que se ven tanto los molinos como el pueblo. Disponen de un servicio extra de coche descapotable con el que te dan una vuelta por el municipio y desde el que se hacen unas fotos muy muy chulas para subir a las redes. Limpieza impecable y trato excepcional. Muy buena opción para alojarse en la zona.

El encanto del sitio lo nubla el mal servicio y pésima gestión de los encargados del cortijo. La recepción fue nefasta, muy atropellada y apenas nos dieron las llaves , se marcharon sin explicarnos ni ofrecernos ninguna información del complejo, así como de las opciones que ofrecían en cuanto a cafetería, uso de la piscina y posibilidad de realizar actividades en el entorno. El desayuno iba incluido , pero no respetaron el horario del mismo, ya que comenzaba a las 8,30 y apareció la encargada a las 8,53h, alegando que tenía necesidades fisiológicas . No supieron contrarrestar este desagradable malentendido , alegando que , hay escaso personal y que tienen otras necesidades más importantes que atender ( poner baldosas , recoger a la niña del colegio, etc)., cuando lo más importante es dar cobertura a los clientes que, como nosotras , decidimos ir a este sitio para tener relax y buena estancia . Esta experencia nos deja con mal sabor de boca y poco nos invita a regresar . Una pena que por el servicio se carguen un lugar tan bonito .

What a surprise when we walked through the door. This beautiful old renovated farm house was just so cozy. We were welcomed by the owner on arrive, he communicated with us using Google translate which was great. Made us welcome showed us around his property than to our rooms. Rooms were nice, clean and comfortable with hot showers and toilet in both rooms. Lovely view from our window of the big flour windmills on the hill. There were a few people staying there but we only saw 1 family at breakfast. Breakfast had a great variety of food to select, from cereal, danishes, toast cheese and cold meats. There was a swimming pool.
