Would highly recommend the hotel. The location is perfect and only minutes from the Central Station. All the staff were really friendly and helpful. The room had everything you could need. The fridge was really useful. Air con worked well, which was good as we had 3 really sunny days. The breakfast was very nice. Lots of choice. I would definitely return to the hotel.

First time in Copenhagen and first time using a hostel with family. No worries as they love it, the hostel seems to be newly renovated and is clean and bright. Toilet/shower spotless with hair wash and conditioner supplied (actually whole hostel is spotless). Water still hot at 9:30am after a lot of shower use, have been in upmarket hotels that struggled to maintain hot water. Was surprised that the room was cleaned each day with fresh bedding and towels. Great location, buy the Copenhagen Discover card and it is super easy to get around, Metro/rail station within 5 minutes. We stayed for 3 nights on the first floor, we were not disturbed by neighbouring rooms as some said in reviews, yes the street is noisy with windows open, but when closed street noise vastly reduced. As it was warm when we stayed we had windows open (no air con) and still had a good night sleep. Nicely decorated ground floor reception and bar, comfortable seating and good range of beer/wine/coffee, also seating outside. The basement has a well equipped kitchen, pool table, games area on the left of the stairs and on the right of the stairs there are more toilets/showers and I came across another fridge freezer in addition to the kitchen. Would have no hesitation booking again when we return to Copenhagen.

The hotel is located in the center of Copenhagen, facing the Town Hall Square. It is only a few steps away from the subway station. The central railway station, tram station and bus station are also just steps away. The location is very advantageous. In addition to being surrounded by restaurants, across the square is the starting point of Denmark's famous attraction 🛍️ Strøget shopping pedestrian street. The service attitude of the hotel waiters is very good. Some small business cards promoting attractions and leisure discounts are placed in the lobby for guests to pick up. The rooms for three people are very spacious. The most comfortable facilities are spare iPhone wireless devices and pop coffee. There is also a small lamp with adjustable angles at the bedside. However, the sofa bed is relatively soft and supportive. It's not powerful enough, and although it has some flaws, it's still worth recommending.

Room was relatively clean, only flaw I found was loads of hair on the shower drain but I am sure it was an unintentional omission. Furniture were functional and bed comfortable. It states they provide you with shampoo and shower gel but in reality they just gave us for 2 people, 4 sachets for 3 nights stay which was not enough and too much plastic packaging. Maybe would be worth in investing on refillable and mounted on the wall shampoo and shower gel holders? This would reduce the amount of your plastic waste? Breakfast was busy, but food was good quality and tasty. Overall it was a pleasant stay, I would stay there again.

The best Hostel we have ever stayed in. The location is perfect, close to the central station, the interior and the atmosphere is great, the staff is very kind and helpful. Many facilities to take advantage of, they offer rent a bike, the breakfast and lunch are excellent for the price!

Everything from check in until check out was very good. We had a business room on the first floor facing the road - we were afraid that it wouæd be noisy in the morning but it was not. Room was very spacious and the same goes for the bathroom. The bed was comfortable. And breakfast - vey nice serving and good variety of food. If really to try to find somethin then cleaning was not perfect but nothing major to complain there either. Thank you for saving our vacation!

The hotel is ideally situated for the metro and the harbour bus, both just a minute's walk away. (Get the city card from DOT and make the most of the public transport). The lobby is modern and impressive and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was perfect for a city break, not huge, but well appointed. Most importantly the bed was super comfy and we loved the massive pillows. The shower was so luxurious and had constant hot water! One minor point for us Brits there was no hot drink facility in the room, otherwise a perfect stay!

Stayed 3 nights. Loved the location in this new ”town”. We were a bit surprised on arrival late evening (ca 10pm) that the hotel doesn't have food or a bar, and everywhere outside was closed. First things first, there is no room service and no phones in the rooms. There are snacks and drinks from reception. The hotel is new and very pleasant, quiet and comfortable. It is not a full service hotel. I loved the continental breakfast and the staff were really nice and friendly. The coffee, however was terrible, although this seemed common to our entire trip. The surrounding area is brilliant, with lots of life and lovely restaurants, but booking is advised. This area is cycling heaven. Access to rail systems excellent. Overall, I was out voted and the group vote was, next visit we'll stay in the middle of Copenhagen

Cheap yet very effective hotel. Clean and new. Beware of a very small bathroom. Close to Royal Arena (concert venue) and other office locations. 8 minutes by walk to the metro station. 5 metro stations distance to central (20 minutes travel time) (note: if you buy Copenhagen card as a tourist, public transport is included) Very close to the airport (2 train stops-11 minutes) There is a large shopping mall with a grocery store that opens at 7 am. Hotel offers buffet style breakfast

Cheap, simple and clean, it is suitable for travelers with limited budget, and they have to take a car from the airport, so it is not suitable for travelers who fly early in the morning. There is no hot water bottle, and the pipe water for direct drinking is said to be drinkable directly!
