"The location is excellent, very close to the Central Station and just a 3-minute walk from the subway entrance. You'll find Chinese (Hunan) restaurants and a 7-Eleven nearby, making it incredibly convenient. I had a fantastic experience overall. The 24-hour front desk service was also exceptional. Highly recommend!"

"Pro Friendly service, a staff I think her name is Kathaya was very helpful. Eaely check in option from 11am which I recommend. You need to book this before 24h, via the app. I would recommend this to those who arrive early so you can rest and get to your plan soon. Toilet paper of high quality for a budget hotel:) Good quality towel for family room. Kitchen in common area if you want to make anything simple (eg instant noodle). Large common area to hang out, order food, play. Laundry self service at a reasonable price. Storage area (free and also paid) available. 5-7 mins walk to the metro stop, which takes 2 stop to arrive at the Central Station. Cons Room a bit small, but worth the price No aircon so room can be hot, but you can ask for a fan if needed No kettle in the room (but they provide good shared kitchen in common area) Verdict For the price tag, definitely a go to place for me if coming to Copenhagen again."

"Centrally located, the hotel is within walking distance of Stroget, Nyhavn, and the metro station, with excellent amenities in the vicinity. The rooms are clean and well-soundproofed, the front desk staff are friendly, and the self-check-in process is very convenient. While the rooms are on the smaller side, they offer great value for money, making the hotel ideal for short stays or business trips."

"The rooms are clean, and the hotel staff organizes a lot of activities, with something different happening every day. You can also pay extra for a buffet breakfast and dinner. Plus, there's a pizza buffet every Friday! Getting here from Copenhagen Airport is super convenient; just take bus 5C directly, and the hotel is right on your left when you get off – very easy to find. It's also really close to Tivoli Gardens. Highly recommend!"

"We truly enjoyed our stay at Hotel Tivoli and would definitely recommend it. The location is great—just a 10-minute bike ride from the city center—and the hotel offers bikes for rent, which makes exploring the city very easy. The gym is large and very good equipped, much better than what you usually find in hotels. There’s also a sauna, a pool, and restaurant and café options on-site. A special thank-you to Laura at Concierge 💞 and Fernando at the brasserie restaurant, who were absolutely lovely and made the whole experience even better!"

"Totally ok hotel stay. The room was not that big but sufficient when you just need to spend the night. There were three of us in the room and the sofa was rock hard and very narrow, so it was no pleasure. Nice cleaning and an excellent breakfast ."

"Great location next to Tivoli and metro station, it was also about 10min from central train station so very easy to go around. Very nice looking hotel. The room is small but functional and the decoration is very nice. The negative points for me was mainly the shower temperature that was la at best warm and the heating not really working, also cleaning could be improved."

"Steel House Hostel was great for my 4 day stay in Copenhagen. I stayed in a 6-person women's room, and got assigned an upper bunk. The room was quite nice (a bit cramped but nothing out of the ordinary), and I liked how high the bunk was- above head height when people were standing, so it didn't feel like others were in my space, and there was plenty of space to sit fully up in the bunk. Bed and pillow was comfy. Lockers were a good size (fit my carry on suitcase plus a backpack; others had bigger suitcases that didn't fit), but the locking mechanism was a bit challenging- basic idea but seemed to be mechanical issues). There was a thermostat that could be set as low as 17C (~63F), which was the setting in my room, but this didn't work well- it was definitely in the low 70s (F) in the room and felt quite warm for sleeping. The fans in the bathroom and shower (separate, which was good for a shared room) didn't seem to work (no knob apparent for the shower; there was a knob in the bathroom but it didn't do anything), so the room got humid after one or two people showered. The hostel is huge, and almost more like a hotel. WiFi was spotty or absent in the room, but plenty of common areas to sit or work downstairs. Kitchen was frequently used, and I took advantage of the kitchen fridge for having skyr and fruit for breakfasts (costs 25DKK for your whole stay). I also rented a bike for a couple days. It seemed overpriced (~135 DKK for 24hr) but can't beat the convenience, and the bike (standard city cruiser) worked just fine."

"Nice Hotel , the hall between the rooms is not clean as what we expected, the customer service was great, the bar man in the lobby is rude , I ask for cup of water to take my medicine she said water here is not free it is for $40 if you want free go to the gas station in the front. Was not nice ."
