"At check in I bought breakfast for 2 for the next morning. I was charged by mistake both for the room and the breakfast (I had forgotten that I already had paid for the room when I booked it app. 6 months ago) Next morning I found out that I had already paid and the money was paid back with an excuse! The breakfast was below expectation. At 09:00 the bread I preferred was missing. I ask for more, but the reply was that this was not available anylonger. The shower was difficult to adjust and not user friendly! However, I will come back next time I go to CPH with little luggage and just need to sleep."

"The building entrance and the reception areas are impressive. The receptionist is very welcoming. But the room itself feels like a cheap motel. Neet, but cheap. Not worth the price. Beds sound like a camp bed, but it feels ok. The shower is just in the same area as a toilet, and for the shower you stand right on the floor, the same floor as a toilet. Coffee/tea amenities: two cheap cups, and normal two coffee,sugar,creamer. Interestingly that coffee has a label of the hotel, but not cups. Lights are not enough in the room, it feels dark. And there is no central turning on/off switch for light in the room. You need to turn on/off each and every light manually. No hair dryer. There is no separate shampoo. It's just all in one soap+shampoo liquid. Leaving your luggage/bags after checkout is not for free. They have lockers, which you need to pay for. The breakfast buffet is nothing fancy, and not a lot of options. The location is good. Not far away from the center. And there were no city views from my room, but it said so when booking. And there is a small gym inside."

"The hotel is a 7-minute walk from the central station, and it's not too far to walk to other attractions from there. The room was small but generally comfortable to use. The only odd thing was the power outlet being placed above the bed. It was super convenient for using my phone, but if I hadn't finished charging before bed and needed to leave it plugged in, it was a bit awkward."

"The location is the main advantage of this hotel. It is right next to the train station, which made arrival and departure very easy and saved time getting around the city. Despite the busy area, it was still manageable for a short stay. Overall, a convenient choice, especially for solo travellers who rely on public transport."

"The location is not far from the Town Hall. It consists of two sections (different entrances) - a bar (the reception is also there), the next door leads to the hostel rooms, which occupy six floors. The elevator (of an old design) goes only to the fifth - so those who got a room on the sixth will have to walk one more floor up.The rooms are quite cramped, the top bed is suspended on pipes, which can give the impression that you are in a basement. On the entire floor - only two toilets, two sinks and three showers.The kitchen as such is not available to guests - there is a small dark room on the ground floor under the bar - which contains two small refrigerators, a microwave, a kettle. There is not even a sink with running water - this can be difficult if you need to wash your own dishes, fruits/vegetables, etc."

"The room was small but spotless, and the shared bathroom was also very clean. It's about a 10-minute walk to the subway station, which makes getting around super convenient. Plus, both check-in and check-out were self-service, making the whole process quick and easy."

"Locations was very good, surrounded by a lot of restaurants and near to the main attractions such as Nyhavn, Marble Church, Rosenborg castle, Rundetaarn and Stroget, which is possible to go by foot. Staff was very friendly, specially the girl at the reception that made my check in. Room was clean and is not so big but the space is ok for a short stay. Highly recommend."

"Perfectly located and very clean. We vere upgraded to a more spacious room. Shared unisex bathroom is fine. Not recommended for light sleepers, as the walls are quite thin and you can hear what's happening in the hallway."
