Copenhagen's New Hexagonal Warrior Hotel Recommended! I'm so incredibly happy with the hotel I booked this time! Brand New – The Locke Copenhagen, just opened in '26. Excellent Location – It's only a 5-minute walk from Copenhagen Central Station, about 25 minutes to the airport, and right next to Tivoli Gardens. Firm Bed – This is so important! The beds at the airport hotel and in Faro were way too soft, and I woke up feeling sore. Finally, at Locke, I had the best sleep of the whole trip. Great Design Aesthetic – All the furniture and furnishings have a fantastic Nordic design feel. Well-Equipped – We booked a deluxe suite, which came with a kitchen, washing machine, and refrigerator. Restaurant Environment Downstairs – My partner worked from the co-working space downstairs and said the seating was very comfortable. Plus, there's a famous place called Rug nearby for a delicious breakfast. Overall, a 5-star recommendation! A big pat on the back for my excellent hotel choice!

I and my son stayed for 3 days (btw 26-29 May ) at a Deluxe Room at 5th floor. Hotel Location was very close to TIVOLI and Central Station. Room was clean and wide. I stayed on ”Breakfast included” basis.. Since I am an omelette or scrambled egg person at breakfast, the breakfast menu was sufficient for me because omelette and scrambled egg they were included under breakfast menu. . However, I've seen same star hotels with much more richer breakfasts of course. 1) Our 5th floor room was reachable via 2 elevators. Firrst you take an elevator and go to 1st floor. Then at 1st floor you walk through a looong coridor. I guess, after this long walk we reach to an additional building of hotel which you cannot understand.. From there you get the elevator again and reach 5th floor. ( I stayed at room 1503 ) 2) Everyday the room was cleaned. 3) The reastaurant staff was very friendly and they were giving service in a very kind way. 4) The reception staff; They did not do anything wrong, but normally I expect a larger smile and more welcoming, energyc, warm attitudes when I step in a hotel. I do not know why I could not feel this at this hotel reception. Secondly, when the Italian male receptionst asked me about my room choice when checking in ( room with a view OR quite room looking at inner garden ), I said I prefer the room with VIEW. However, when I was choosing the room with view, I did not know that room was looking at a street where ROAD CONSTRUCTION was going on. He only told me that street can be crowded only during weekend. I said we will leave until weekend so I thought that I will not be effected from any street noise at a evening. But a CONSTRUCTION NOISE during day that he did not mention was not nice. Overall, it is a nice hotel. But ask where your room is exactly located and ask if you will reach by 1 or 2 elevators. Photos are; from Breakfast and view from my 5th floor room. The hotel and casino are integrated, and the service is on par with a normal five-star hotel. Breakfast was also good; the yogurt was fresh, and the dark bread was delicious. The room also offered a great view. The only annoying thing was that the parking lot isn't managed by the hotel. You have to log into an all-Danish website within 48 hours to pay, which was really frustrating. And the hotel front desk couldn't assist with payment either... Otherwise, everything else was wonderful!

This gem of a hotel did at the border of two key districts, nearby restaurants, metro and access to the lakes. The building has been nicely refurbished. Breakfsst is very good. Rooms are comfortable. But the real asset is the staff, who are warm, friendly, knowledgeable and helpful in every way. Two community happy hours occur every day. Jazz on occasion. A great place to spent a full week, as we did, or a night.

Super convenient location. Was only about 4mins walk away from the Central station. Fernando was a good sport. Entertaining us and talking about life in Copenhagen following a cuppa hot chocolate at close to midnight 🤣 Just ensure your steamer is properly working if you dont wish to go out with wrinkled clothes. They did try to rectify by giving us replacement steamers.

Absolutely, unequivocally fantastic! This place comes highly recommended for anyone on their first solo trip. I arrived super late, around 2 or 3 AM, and while it's a bit of a walk from the metro station, the streets were incredibly quiet, clean, and safe even in the middle of the night. No strange characters or homeless people around (I seriously love Denmark!). The hostel was brightly lit, and there was a front desk attendant, but I opted for self-check-in and headed upstairs. To my surprise, I got a whole room to myself! The view from the window overlooked a beautiful lake. As my first time staying in a hostel alone, this left a really great impression! (Tip: make sure your padlock is wide enough; mine was too small to fit).

The room we stayed in was on the 17th floor and had a great view. The location is excellent—it’s close to the train station, and there are several restaurants and supermarkets within a short walking distance. The room wasn’t very big, and the lighting wasn’t bright enough, so it felt a bit dark at night. I really liked the idea of offering free snacks and bread at the reception that were left over from the breakfast buffet. It’s a thoughtful way to reduce food waste.

The hostel was easy to find, few minutes from the metro which was important to me. Every staffmember was really friendly and helpful, the atmosphere was welcoming. The tent was small for 4 persons but I knew that I will mostly just sleep there, the bed was comfortable and clean. I read in other reviews that a curtain would be nice, I agree with that also. The bathroom was really big, plenty of showers and toilets, there was hot water every time which was also important to me. I had breakfast on a few days, which was also good and I really liked sitting in the outside tables, I also had a chance to connect with other travellers every day. On the last day I left my luggage in one of the lockers so I could explore the city freely, that was also a good bonus. They provided earplugs, which I used during my sleep, overall all ”campers” were respectful and quiet after 10 pm but still it was a lot of people in a small space. For solo travellers this is a good choice as the hotel prices are 4-5 times higher.

This is a no-frills hotel that is good for a short stay. The location is fantastic as it is within walking distance to the main station for metros and trains. The room was very big and we could lay out both of our large suitcases with ease. The neighbourhood is lively but the room was insulated from the hustle and bustle from the streets and we had a good sleep during our stay.

Close to the central train station, within walking distance every day. There's also a bus station nearby with routes to other countries. Plus, a 7-Eleven, IKEA, shopping mall, and large supermarket are all conveniently located. However, the room is quite small; a 21-inch suitcase for one person just about fits, but there's no space for anything more. There are many guests staying, and the self check-in/check-out machines are perfect for those who are socially anxious.
