Great
PProcessedfoodWe had a wonderful stay at Ibis Styles Copenhagen Ørestad. The location is fantastic, situated right outside the Bella Center metro station, making it incredibly convenient to travel around Copenhagen.
The staff were amazing—friendly and welcoming. We arrived early for check-in and were pleasantly surprised when they offered us an immediate check-in if we signed up for their free membership—a great perk!
Our room was cozy, clean, and comfortable, perfect for a short stay. While the hotel is slightly outside the city center, the modern, safe, and peaceful neighborhood made it a great place to stay. In fact, we enjoyed the area so much that we came back to explore and walk around even after moving to another hotel in the city.
This 3-star hotel exceeded expectations—we honestly found it better than many 4-star hotels in the city center. If you’re visiting Copenhagen, we highly recommend staying here for its great value, excellent service, and convenient location!
GGuest UserGreat location - very close to centre of the city and food market. Staff is really helpful. There is also good lobby and bar inside the hotel. The size of standard rooms is really small so it will be inconvenient for tourist with a lot of suitcases)

GGuest UserQuite a letdown compared to expectations. The only redeeming quality was the spacious room. It felt on par with 2-4 star hotels I've stayed at in Denmark and the Faroe Islands, and pales in comparison to Marriott hotels in China. Perhaps it's a national characteristic of Denmark that the differences aren't very pronounced.

GGuest UserPretty good location, near the metro and there’s a bus stop in front of the hotel. There was a 24/h gym and water given everyday. Was a little disappointed in the room was cleaned as there was a day I had to request for clean towels cause they didn’t replace the soiled ones but the app didn’t work so we had to call for the towels. We had 2 people staying but they only gave us 1 set of toothbrush for the entire duration of the stay. TV channels were lacking and the rooftop bar closes by mid Oct.
VVal-24Nice, clean, modern hotel with great amenities, and a decent city view. 4 min walk from the metro station which takes you to the city center.
One aspect worth mentioning which might be a problem for some people: there is a partially transparent glass wall between the room and the shower.
GGuest UserVery convenient for the airport, just a couple of stops down the metro.I arrived late at night to a friendly welcome. It's a short walk to a lovely beach for some bracing Baltic air.
The room was clean and comfortable. There was a fridge and cooker had I needed them. I was just passing through. I'd certainly consider staying there next time I visit Copenhagen.
PPypyppyI slept in women tent. The staff is super nice. And super useful guide to explore Copenhagen if you join the WhatsApp group. There’s port on bed for charging. A locker for you to put stuff. And the location is fantastic. Easy to get around the city by transportation nearby. They don’t have a kitchen but you can buy food to eat in the bar and there are many cafes, McDonald’s, street food and bar nearby. They have big washroom and seperate toilet and washroom that you dun have to worry about peeing yourself. And they have a bar.
The room space is not big. And there’s many dust under the charging port on bed. But overall I think it’s fine.
SSharon AnnI basically chose this hotel on the reviews and location to Grand Central Station and wasn’t disappointed. It was about a 10 minute walk from the Station (although stick to any smooth footpaths or side of the road if you have a case because the cobblestones are brutal on your wheels 😟, maybe the city authorities could consider this with paths etc especially with people coming into/out of the city’s central station!). The hotel has a lovely cozy lobby, the staff were very pleasant, welcoming and kind. You need to handle your own luggage, not unusual in Europe. The hotel was super clean, nice room with great LED lighting and you can open the windows. And you had your own coffee machine - not that I knew how to work it! Shower was just great and good amenities. You can store your luggage safely in a locked room in the basement. This is really a great hotel, quiet location but you can walk to many bars, coffee houses and restaurants. I will definitely stay there again!!! Nice little bar in the lobby although i didn’t use other F&B.

FFarah PI arrived in the evening and the reception welcomed me warmly. I asked for some ice cubes and they kindly gave them for free. My room was on the 12th floor, but the lift was frustratingly(super) slow, definitely troublesome if you’re in a rush.
I stayed for 6 days, and housekeeping only came once, on the 4th day. However, they did mention that extra amenities could be requested at reception. A note for warmer days: opening the window doesn’t make the room feel any breezier, so it can be uncomfortable. Luckily, the mornings and nights were chilly, so I managed to sleep well.
Location-wise, it’s about an 8-minute walk to Ørestad metro and train station. From there, you can take the metro straight into the city centre, catch a train directly to the airport, or even cross the Øresund Bridge to Malmö and Lund. For those seeking halal food, there's Royal Syawarma near Field's mall.
GGuest UserOverall nice experience. Stayed in a room for three. Hotel is very close to København H station, just 2 mins walk. There is always someone at the front desk 24 hours a day to assist us. The room was clean, and the bed was very comfortable, one extra pillow provided. I especially liked the security chain on the door, which made us feel safe.
However, the hotel also had some downsides. Since we visited in January when the weather was very cold, the heating in the room was insufficient, making it extremely chilly inside. I sneezed every morning from the cold.
And, the bathroom door facing the bed, every time when someone goes to the bathroom mid night, the bright light in the bathroom was blinding. The shower space in the bathroom was also small, and there was no waterproof barrier on the floor to prevent water from spilling out, the entire bathroom floor was slippery after showering.
There were three of us, but the hotel only provided two towels and three paper cups, with no toothbrushes or toothpaste. We have to buy it from the front desk for 30dkk. We were also surprised to find that even storing our luggage at the hotel required a fee of 40dkk per hour, so we went to the train station, where we could store our luggage for 24 hours for just 90dkk.
If the hotel could resolve the heating issue, I would still recommend it based on its price and convenient location.
