GGuest UserNewly built hotel in an excellent location, a short walk across a bridge to the famous Nyhavn district. Lovely, nice and comfortable room. A few slight negatives though, they only have housekeeping once every 3 days, in order to reduce the environmental impact. Not a bad idea, but it also meant that our glasses/mugs didn't get cleaned or replaced. We were also told the mini-bar was free and would be restocked daily, but this didn't happen once.

LLing15 - 20min walk away from main attractions. There’s a lake in front of hotel that’s nice.
Hotel drop off point are stairs to go in, take note if you are taking heavy luggage. No aircon in hotel only fan that you can’t adjust speed.
Additional bed for kid charge at 300kr per night.
Family bicycle available for rent at 600kr per day.
Happy hour with free drink from 5-6 pm daily.
Artistic interior and nice garden. Also creepy artwork on the wall.
Overall not bad experience, some staff are friendly some are not.

GGuest UserCharming boutique hotel which could use rugs with the thin floors & thicker windows since the courtyard echoes so if you are sensitive to noise, this one might not be for you. Staff was wonderful especially when my upstairs neighbor was thumping around from 2 am on, after an hour I asked the night receptionist to please help, he did immediately and found that person was in crutches and checking out at 3:30 am. It was not the hotel's fault but rugs could have helped and the noise wouldn't have woke me out of a deep sleep. Absolutely loved the staff. Very comfortable bed but the true superstar of this hotel is the heated floors in the bathroom. Extremely spacious compared to other hotels in this price range.

GGuest UserA comfortable stay even if there's 4 of us in the room. There's enough room for us to move around. Breakfast was good, although it does get boring after 3 days. Location is very near to train station, n easy for us to move around the city.

GGuest UserI had a very pleasant stay during a recent business trip to Copenhagen. The location is excellent, super central and very convenient for getting around the city.
One feature I especially appreciated was the communal room with the Honesty bar. It created a relaxed, welcoming atmosphere and was a great place to sit and work quietly without distractions. A really thoughtful addition for anyone traveling for work.
The interior design throughout the hotel is beautiful, stylish, and very well put together, which made the whole stay feel a bit more special.
Overall, a great experience. I’d happily stay here again on my next trip to Copenhagen.

AAnonymous UserThis hotel is super conveniently located near the City Hall Square, making it easy to get around whether by train, subway, or on foot to attractions and shopping streets. The rooms are small but lovely, and very clean, perfect for short trips where you just need a place to rest. The hotel lobby, lounge, dining, and bar areas are all on the top floor, offering great views of the square. Guests can also store their luggage for free, which is a huge plus.

MM413439****This is my first time writing a review. Last night, the fire alarm went off, and in the chaos, I lost my phone. Joe, one of the hotel staff, helped me find it. He was incredibly helpful and patient, and I'm so grateful to him. It was truly the best experience I had in this city!

GGuest UserGreat location but keep in mind in Copenhagen, everything is walkable. so many reasonable options within walking distance. Basically, at this place you pay steep premium for staying within a stone's throw distance of the main street. Nice decor... but many things were dated. Carpets in lobby were dirty almost all the time. Cleaning crew was good, but had to remind the reception for simple things such as refill hand soap, towels, tissue paper etc... Another disappointment was HVAC. Hotel team locks the temperature at 21.9C so the room does not cool as much as it should. and the HVAC seemed dated and very noisy for comfortable sleep. I suppose they know most guests are one-time visitors so charge high rates but no need to make any effort beyond the basic. overall average experience.
