The hotel building is distinctive, with a lobby that is arranged to be warm and cozy. The merchandise is exquisite, and the breakfast at Tiger Lily is abundant; besides the buffet bar, you can also order omelets prepared by the chef. There is a café and a shop in the lobby. I personally ordered coffee and fries, which were delicious. I also bought a stylish suitcase and some candies, feeling that the facilities adequately meet the needs of travelers. The hotel rooms are spacious, designed with a lively and unique style, resembling a fashionable cabin. Complimentary snacks and beverages are provided in the room, along with a WiFi speaker. The beds are warm and comfortable. Just across the bridge from the hotel is Newport, and nearby there are local outdoor eateries and an ice-skating rink, making the area quite vibrant. The hotel is within a 5-minute walk to bus 2A, which goes to the city center, reaching Liberty City in just one stop, so transportation is relatively convenient. Overall, this hotel is highly recommended.

I stayed here on a solo trip! The room was adorable with a sloped ceiling and a window that felt like an attic room, and I had such a wonderful time. I could see seagulls and the morning sun from the window, making it so cozy that I just wanted to relax at the hotel. The wooden floorboards were also lovely, and it felt like I had my own little room, allowing me to travel as if I were living there, which made me very happy. Above all, the reception staff were incredibly kind, and I really felt the warmth of Danish people. It's about a 10-minute walk from the central station, but it's in the opposite direction from Strøget and Nyhavn, so be aware that you'll have a bit of a walk to get to the tourist spots!

Guest UserCame here based on a recommendation from Xiaohongshu, but I have to say it's more about looks than functionality. The design is really strong, but the actual room functionality for staying here is pretty mediocre. I wouldn't recommend it for business travelers. The room is very dark, only suitable for a leisurely stay. Overall, this hotel feels like it's all style and no substance.

Maramii33I don't know where to start, the hotel was AMAZING! It was a very comfortable stay, we got an upgrade to a one bedroom studio it was perfect very comfy very clean fully equipped with kitchenette, dishwasher, big refrigerator, stove, cutlery and utensils with a nice view. The staff were so friendly and respectful specially Nicolas who checked us in! The were flexible with the check in and check out time too. Excellent location very near to the train station and the city centre all walking distance we didn't need any transport, the area itself of the hotel is new and clean and quiet away from the crowd yet very near to everything! Will definitely book again with the chain anywhere.

The hotel is very well located, right next to Tivoli, which is a big advantage. The room was comfortable, with a good bed and a pleasant atmosphere, although not very spacious and somewhat dated.
The main downside was the service and housekeeping, which felt below the standard expected for a four-star hotel. Staff were correct but not particularly welcoming. Housekeeping is only provided upon request and is quite basic, which made the overall cleanliness feel limited.
The bathroom was small but functional and nice, and the wooden floor in the room was a nice detail. The breakfast area was pleasant, although some facilities were under renovation during our stay.
Overall, a well-located hotel with acceptable comfort, but the service and cleaning standards could be improved to better match its category.

We had a wonderful stay at our Mekano Apartment. I highly recommend it or any of the other Nord Collection properties based on their wonderful service.
We arrived very late at night but thanks to detailed directions, we were easily able to find the apartment. The place was very clean, very safe and they kindly stocked coffee pods and tea. There is a Circle K right next door so we were easily able to grab a few things for the morning.
The location couldn't have been better for us as it was half way between the central hub of Copenhagen and our friend's place. The Metro station is about a 3-5 min walk, the train runs every few minutes so we never had to wait and it is a direct ride (maybe 10 minutes) into the city center. Very convenient. There is also a fantastic coffee house right near the metro station as well as a grocery store.
I am so happy that I found this property and look forward to staying again on any future trip to Copenhagen.

This is a lovely hotel and I genuinely appreciated the design, the service and of course the heated swimming pool. I also appreciated the effort put into sustainability, I wish all hotels made as much effort in this department. I have two very slight bits of criticism. One is that the room was exceedingly hot at night making it difficult to sleep (even with the thermostat on 0). Additionally, I am really annoyed by hotel rooms where the toilet door does not close in a manner that is relatively soundproof, making each trip to the toilet an embarrassment (when you're with a partner or family, that is). But I overall really recommend it.

Great location but keep in mind in Copenhagen, everything is walkable. so many reasonable options within walking distance. Basically, at this place you pay steep premium for staying within a stone's throw distance of the main street. Nice decor... but many things were dated. Carpets in lobby were dirty almost all the time. Cleaning crew was good, but had to remind the reception for simple things such as refill hand soap, towels, tissue paper etc... Another disappointment was HVAC. Hotel team locks the temperature at 21.9C so the room does not cool as much as it should. and the HVAC seemed dated and very noisy for comfortable sleep. I suppose they know most guests are one-time visitors so charge high rates but no need to make any effort beyond the basic. overall average experience.

Guest UserThe hotel was really lovely and there was lots of hotel staff on hand ready to help if needed. Which i did on 1 occasion when my key card wasnt working the lift and i got stuck, they called out an engineer that day. Nust make sure that both you key cards work the lift. Also in the rooms just be awear that there is a small step up to the bathroom to stop room flooding, this is a design feature but east to stub toe (needs to be a sticker with a waring sign about small step). Mini bar in rooms are well stocked.

I stayed recently with my husband for 2 nites. The WiFi is non existent. We were allocated the attic room, maybe cos of that the wifi signal is v bad. The signal keeps dropping that it gets so frustrating we end up using our own data. Informed reception twice but it’s of no use, nothing is being done to rectify the issue.
The only saving grace of this hotel is the location which is near train station.
