@@daviniacanaryFrom the moment I arrived at the hotel, the front desk service was impeccable. They were very friendly and assisted me with everything, especially Santiago and Jonas.
The hotel has a great location and the area is quiet.
The breakfast offered is good, and you can freely help yourself to water, coffee, or herbal teas.
They offer luggage storage where you can leave your bags after checking out.
I stayed in a single room; although small, it was sufficient for me. The bathroom had shower gel, shampoo, and a hairdryer, which was a nice touch. My main issue was that the room got a lot of sun and there was no air conditioning.
Otherwise, everything was perfect. If I return and my budget allows, I'd definitely stay again.

GGuest UserThis hotel is right in the city center, which isn't ideal for major attractions, but it was super convenient for where I needed to go (Copenhagen University). It's entirely self-service. My room was in a separate small building in the courtyard, so I ended up dragging my suitcase around the main building for twenty minutes before I found it! 😅 The room had a fully equipped kitchen with pots, pans, and a fridge, which was great for cooking. However, there was a strong food smell every time I opened the fridge, and my duvet also had a very noticeable food smell near the head area. I had to turn it around to sleep at night. 😭 The hotel doesn't offer room cleaning services; if you want it cleaned or linens changed, you have to pay extra. The only seating in the entire room was a small sofa under the TV, and I kept bumping my head on the TV – it wasn't very practical. It really could use another chair. Still, for Copenhagen, the price of this hotel was quite cheap.

GGuest UserWe had a wonderful stay at our Mekano Apartment. I highly recommend it or any of the other Nord Collection properties based on their wonderful service.
We arrived very late at night but thanks to detailed directions, we were easily able to find the apartment. The place was very clean, very safe and they kindly stocked coffee pods and tea. There is a Circle K right next door so we were easily able to grab a few things for the morning.
The location couldn't have been better for us as it was half way between the central hub of Copenhagen and our friend's place. The Metro station is about a 3-5 min walk, the train runs every few minutes so we never had to wait and it is a direct ride (maybe 10 minutes) into the city center. Very convenient. There is also a fantastic coffee house right near the metro station as well as a grocery store.
I am so happy that I found this property and look forward to staying again on any future trip to Copenhagen.

LlillyI stayed recently with my husband for 2 nites. The WiFi is non existent. We were allocated the attic room, maybe cos of that the wifi signal is v bad. The signal keeps dropping that it gets so frustrating we end up using our own data. Informed reception twice but it’s of no use, nothing is being done to rectify the issue.
The only saving grace of this hotel is the location which is near train station.

TTristanTsangThe hotel's location and service were quite good, and the staff were very helpful. However, as soon as I entered the room, I knew there were issues. Firstly, the bed had no blackout curtains, making it hard to sleep due to the light. Secondly, the bathroom was dirty; seeing fecal stains was truly unappetizing. Thirdly, the shower room was incredibly small, I mean really, really small.

AAnonymous UserMultiple subway stations are available, and it takes about 5-10 minutes on foot. Rosenborg Castle and the King's Garden are also nearby, making it a convenient location for traveling and sightseeing.
Wine service was also good.
I was concerned that I could hear the voices from the neighboring rooms a little louder, and that the water in the toilet was weak.

PPierreLLGood stay in this hotel. Great location for us. Nearby city center and main attractions( including the football stadium). Clean room, standard. Maybe improvement can be made on the shower (water doesn’t go through smoothly) and the plug socket on right side of the bed isn’t easy to plug in. Except these great help from night shift staff

KKK6767good sized apartment very close to the airport. luggage storage was very useful for early flight arrival. all the basic amenities were present, and place is clean. gym pass for the gym downstairs was a bonus.
Just two points to note
1. be aware that there's construction work going on at the external facade. drilling and hacking will start around 830am. for early risers its ok, but it did wake us up especially after a long flight with time differences and hoping to catch some sleep on the first night.
2. the shower area didn't have a curtain and just an immobile top spray, which resulted in wet floors. not separate shampoo and conditioner. just one unmarked bottle of watery liquid. had to buy own shower foam, shampoo and conditioner.

GGuest UserOverall nice experience. Stayed in a room for three. Hotel is very close to København H station, just 2 mins walk. There is always someone at the front desk 24 hours a day to assist us. The room was clean, and the bed was very comfortable, one extra pillow provided. I especially liked the security chain on the door, which made us feel safe.
However, the hotel also had some downsides. Since we visited in January when the weather was very cold, the heating in the room was insufficient, making it extremely chilly inside. I sneezed every morning from the cold.
And, the bathroom door facing the bed, every time when someone goes to the bathroom mid night, the bright light in the bathroom was blinding. The shower space in the bathroom was also small, and there was no waterproof barrier on the floor to prevent water from spilling out, the entire bathroom floor was slippery after showering.
There were three of us, but the hotel only provided two towels and three paper cups, with no toothbrushes or toothpaste. We have to buy it from the front desk for 30dkk. We were also surprised to find that even storing our luggage at the hotel required a fee of 40dkk per hour, so we went to the train station, where we could store our luggage for 24 hours for just 90dkk.
If the hotel could resolve the heating issue, I would still recommend it based on its price and convenient location.
