This hotel is right in the city center, which isn't ideal for major attractions, but it was super convenient for where I needed to go (Copenhagen University). It's entirely self-service. My room was in a separate small building in the courtyard, so I ended up dragging my suitcase around the main building for twenty minutes before I found it! 😅 The room had a fully equipped kitchen with pots, pans, and a fridge, which was great for cooking. However, there was a strong food smell every time I opened the fridge, and my duvet also had a very noticeable food smell near the head area. I had to turn it around to sleep at night. 😭 The hotel doesn't offer room cleaning services; if you want it cleaned or linens changed, you have to pay extra. The only seating in the entire room was a small sofa under the TV, and I kept bumping my head on the TV – it wasn't very practical. It really could use another chair. Still, for Copenhagen, the price of this hotel was quite cheap.

It's pretty good; I've stayed here twice within a month and am generally satisfied. You can get hot water downstairs, and some rooms even have a view of the subway. It's super close and convenient to the airport, train station, subway station, and city center, plus it's right next to a large shopping mall.

Excellent value for money hotel. Very well located, just a few hundred meters from Central Station and Tivoli Gardens in the Vesterbro district. The rooms are very clean and the beds are comfortable. They offer a delicious breakfast buffet at a very reasonable price for Copenhagen. The staff is very friendly. They also have bike rentals at a good price and a free luggage storage service. I would definitely stay here again.

It’s a cozy and amazing place, located just outside the metro. I stayed for 3 nights and 4 days, and I would definitely choose this hotel again. The staff are very friendly, and they even offer complimentary coffee and tea in the lobby — which is great, considering a coffee in Copenhagen usually costs around $8. Here, it’s free and served with a smile.
The heater also works really well; for Asians who don’t like the cold, it can go all the way up to 29°C.
Thank you to all the staff — my stay was truly wonderful.

I stayed recently with my husband for 2 nites. The WiFi is non existent. We were allocated the attic room, maybe cos of that the wifi signal is v bad. The signal keeps dropping that it gets so frustrating we end up using our own data. Informed reception twice but it’s of no use, nothing is being done to rectify the issue.
The only saving grace of this hotel is the location which is near train station.

asmee93The location is very convenient next to 2 supermarkets and the castle and yum patisseries! Only things dragging the suitcase on the cobblestone floor from the nearest subway which was around a 7minute walk. Expect to wait a long time for lifts and getting to the room was also a trek and a maze and sometimes it could be confusing trying to get to the stairs/lifts. Good entertainment games options and friendly staff interaction at check in. Security presence well observed and generally a nice atmosphere for the 1 night I stayed. Facilities could have been cleaner and sufficient toilet roll provided. Sink is outside. Overall a nice stay with 3 other strangers coming in drunk at 3am but no issues.

good sized apartment very close to the airport. luggage storage was very useful for early flight arrival. all the basic amenities were present, and place is clean. gym pass for the gym downstairs was a bonus.
Just two points to note
1. be aware that there's construction work going on at the external facade. drilling and hacking will start around 830am. for early risers its ok, but it did wake us up especially after a long flight with time differences and hoping to catch some sleep on the first night.
2. the shower area didn't have a curtain and just an immobile top spray, which resulted in wet floors. not separate shampoo and conditioner. just one unmarked bottle of watery liquid. had to buy own shower foam, shampoo and conditioner.

Guest UserWe arrived early, the front desk staff kindly checked us in straight away. AC was working when we entered the room. Cool and refreshing. At the reception area we could access to still water and sparkling water, various tea bags and instant coffee. In the room there’s a kettle to make own drinks. The bathroom is spacious with bathtub and shower combo.
I would say this hotel is family friendly with lots of activities, board games, swimming pool.
Breakfast was included, we thought it was very good with tea leaves, fresh coffee, energy drink, cold cuts, hot meals, and very popular for kids were make your own waffles.
A short walk to metro station, nearby amusement park, even so this hotel located rather quiet area

Guest UserLocation is very central and handy. Metro and regional station are right next to the hotel. Opposite is also a big supermarkt, if you need anything. To get to your room from the lobby you need to climp 2 stairs. There is no elevator, which is a big disadvantage for families with a baby stroller and impossible for people in wheelchair.
Very small room without air conditioning. There is one window that can be opened, but then it would be very loud since we are located right next to the train station. No complimentary water, no fridge or safe. To store you luggages before check-in or after checking out, you have to pay for a locker. No free luggages service, which is very unsual for me.

Guest UserOverall nice experience. Stayed in a room for three. Hotel is very close to København H station, just 2 mins walk. There is always someone at the front desk 24 hours a day to assist us. The room was clean, and the bed was very comfortable, one extra pillow provided. I especially liked the security chain on the door, which made us feel safe.
However, the hotel also had some downsides. Since we visited in January when the weather was very cold, the heating in the room was insufficient, making it extremely chilly inside. I sneezed every morning from the cold.
And, the bathroom door facing the bed, every time when someone goes to the bathroom mid night, the bright light in the bathroom was blinding. The shower space in the bathroom was also small, and there was no waterproof barrier on the floor to prevent water from spilling out, the entire bathroom floor was slippery after showering.
There were three of us, but the hotel only provided two towels and three paper cups, with no toothbrushes or toothpaste. We have to buy it from the front desk for 30dkk. We were also surprised to find that even storing our luggage at the hotel required a fee of 40dkk per hour, so we went to the train station, where we could store our luggage for 24 hours for just 90dkk.
If the hotel could resolve the heating issue, I would still recommend it based on its price and convenient location.
