"The room was spacious and everything was great. Just a heads-up for future guests: the street outside the hotel, near where there's a lot of graffiti, seems to be a spot where homeless people gather. Navigation sometimes directs you there. I recommend taking the main road instead; it won't add much time to your journey, just a few minutes.
Breakfast was decent. Not cheap, but filling, and there was a good variety."

"I slept in women tent. The staff is super nice. And super useful guide to explore Copenhagen if you join the WhatsApp group. There’s port on bed for charging. A locker for you to put stuff. And the location is fantastic. Easy to get around the city by transportation nearby. They don’t have a kitchen but you can buy food to eat in the bar and there are many cafes, McDonald’s, street food and bar nearby. They have big washroom and seperate toilet and washroom that you dun have to worry about peeing yourself. And they have a bar.
The room space is not big. And there’s many dust under the charging port on bed. But overall I think it’s fine."

"The hotel is a 6-minute walk from the subway station and there's a 7-Eleven nearby. There are also plenty of small restaurants in the area. The lobby is spacious and the staff are young and polite. The room is a bit small but perfectly adequate."

"The building entrance and the reception areas are impressive. The receptionist is very welcoming.
But the room itself feels like a cheap motel. Neet, but cheap. Not worth the price. Beds sound like a camp bed, but it feels ok. The shower is just in the same area as a toilet, and for the shower you stand right on the floor, the same floor as a toilet. Coffee/tea amenities: two cheap cups, and normal two coffee,sugar,creamer. Interestingly that coffee has a label of the hotel, but not cups.
Lights are not enough in the room, it feels dark. And there is no central turning on/off switch for light in the room. You need to turn on/off each and every light manually.
No hair dryer. There is no separate shampoo. It's just all in one soap+shampoo liquid.
Leaving your luggage/bags after checkout is not for free. They have lockers, which you need to pay for.
The breakfast buffet is nothing fancy, and not a lot of options.
The location is good. Not far away from the center.
And there were no city views from my room, but it said so when booking.
And there is a small gym inside."

"I arrived in the evening and the reception welcomed me warmly. I asked for some ice cubes and they kindly gave them for free. My room was on the 12th floor, but the lift was frustratingly(super) slow, definitely troublesome if you’re in a rush.
I stayed for 6 days, and housekeeping only came once, on the 4th day. However, they did mention that extra amenities could be requested at reception. A note for warmer days: opening the window doesn’t make the room feel any breezier, so it can be uncomfortable. Luckily, the mornings and nights were chilly, so I managed to sleep well.
Location-wise, it’s about an 8-minute walk to Ørestad metro and train station. From there, you can take the metro straight into the city centre, catch a train directly to the airport, or even cross the Øresund Bridge to Malmö and Lund. For those seeking halal food, there's Royal Syawarma near Field's mall."

"The hotel was really lovely and there was lots of hotel staff on hand ready to help if needed. Which i did on 1 occasion when my key card wasnt working the lift and i got stuck, they called out an engineer that day. Nust make sure that both you key cards work the lift. Also in the rooms just be awear that there is a small step up to the bathroom to stop room flooding, this is a design feature but east to stub toe (needs to be a sticker with a waring sign about small step). Mini bar in rooms are well stocked."

"The hotel was very clean and tidy. The front desk staff were super friendly. Although the room didn't have a kettle, free hot water was available from the coffee machine at the front desk. You'll need to take a bus or light rail to get to the city center."

"Perfect hotel in my opinion. Breakfast was great with lots of options. Room was really nice, couldn’t hear any noise from outside or other rooms. I emailed them saying it was my girlfriend’s birthday and they left a note in the room and even put balloons up. Staff were helpful and they hold luggage. Would stay here again if I come back."

"Hotel was lovely, clean. Some renovations going on but not noisy at all. Coffee machine and snacks in reception, only issue we had was only 1 pillow on a double bed so my partner had to use a rolled up jumper because the 2 times we went down to reception, no one was there at the desk and we waited 15 mins both times. Also states online the carpark is free, however when we arrived we were charged £15 per day."

GGuest UserNewly built hotel in an excellent location, a short walk across a bridge to the famous Nyhavn district. Lovely, nice and comfortable room. A few slight negatives though, they only have housekeeping once every 3 days, in order to reduce the environmental impact. Not a bad idea, but it also meant that our glasses/mugs didn't get cleaned or replaced. We were also told the mini-bar was free and would be restocked daily, but this didn't happen once.

WWaunderlustAwesome awesome hotel! My daughter has always wanted to stay in a pod hotel (she’s 14) and this was a super safe hotel in an awesome location. There is so much food nearby, laundry mat across the street. The wine, snacks, essential items, doors and all are all controlled by a wrist band you scan. Makes everything super easy and convenient. They have fans you can borrow (they are first come first serve. And it’s close to the metro this has been just a phenomenal and affordable experience. I will definitely be staying at more of these locations in the future. Also love they have staff on call 24 hours and they have a txting service and they are super quick to respond to all questions.

Good breakfast but buffet style so loads to eat. Everything is in walking distance of up to half an hour from every attraction if you're a faster (not fast) pace walker. Friendly staff, 24hr reception, amazing atmosphere. Highly recommend.

GGuest UserThis hostel is strategically located to several attractions that are walking distance. Ny Carlsberg Glyptotek, National Museum of Denmark, New Harbor, Christiansborg Palace, Amalienborg Palace and many more.
What makes this Hostel stood out is the amenities where travellers could meet and have fun. There are bars, billiards, beer pongs, and other activities that the guests even solo traveller could have fun. This also offers opportunities to meet local people and other tourists nearby. I will definitely come back soon and book this place.

掂掂過碌蔗The room is quite spacious with three beds, though the hotel feels a bit dated. A major issue, however, is the shower space in the bathroom; once you pull the shower curtain, it becomes so narrow that it is very easy to accidentally touch the scalding hot faucet. Aside from that, everything else was perfectly fine.

This was my first time staying in a capsule hotel in Copenhagen (£80 per night), after hearing positive feedback from friends who had travelled here. I decided to try the quiet zone option with a comfortable capsule located near the hostel facilities.
Pros:
• Excellent location in the heart of the city, with restaurants, bars, and cafés within walking distance.
• Easy access to all main attractions.
• The capsule area was clean and the bed was comfortable.
However, I left with mixed feelings. While the location and cleanliness met expectations, the hostel’s operation style felt more “self-service” and less attentive to guest concerns.
On the first night, my sleep was disrupted by a guest in the quiet zone who was both noisy and snored loudly throughout the night. It affected everyone in the vicinity, and despite some guests (myself included) gently knocking to try and reduce the disturbance, it continued until morning.
On the second night, the same issue occurred, but it was made worse by a sudden emergency alarm at around 4:45 AM, requiring all guests to evacuate and wait outside for inspection before returning to bed. Understandably, safety comes first, but the timing and the combination of disturbances made it impossible to rest.
When I tried to contact staff in the middle of the night, there was no one available, so I had to raise the issue through Trip.com. Although staff later offered some coins as a goodwill gesture, it did not feel proportionate to the £80 per night rate... especially when nearby private rooms can be found for much less.
Sadly, what I hoped would be a unique and comfortable stay turned into a frustrating experience. I will not be returning, and I would advise light sleepers to consider alternatives.

The light outside (window side) is a little bit bothering as you thought t is already late afternoon when in fact it is still early in the morning due to the lights. Location wise is great.

WWei ZiThis is a no-frills hotel that is good for a short stay. The location is fantastic as it is within walking distance to the main station for metros and trains.
The room was very big and we could lay out both of our large suitcases with ease. The neighbourhood is lively but the room was insulated from the hustle and bustle from the streets and we had a good sleep during our stay.
