We had a very enjoyable stay at Charlottehaven. The room had everything you could need for a several-day stay. We only missed havine g a microwave to heat a glass of milk or similar. The view from the room was very nice. The service was very attentive to our needs, whenever we had any problem they went out of their way to help us. The gym and sauna facilities are top of the notch. The train and metro stations are quite close. We found a very nice steak house at walking distance, Restaurant Savanna, that it was the most delicious dinner we had in Denmark. The ”special” brunch breakfast on Sunday was not so special though, it was just a nice hotel buffet breakfast.
We arrived early, the front desk staff kindly checked us in straight away. AC was working when we entered the room. Cool and refreshing. At the reception area we could access to still water and sparkling water, various tea bags and instant coffee. In the room there’s a kettle to make own drinks. The bathroom is spacious with bathtub and shower combo.
I would say this hotel is family friendly with lots of activities, board games, swimming pool.
Breakfast was included, we thought it was very good with tea leaves, fresh coffee, energy drink, cold cuts, hot meals, and very popular for kids were make your own waffles.
A short walk to metro station, nearby amusement park, even so this hotel located rather quiet area
