Hotel drop off point are stairs to go in, take note if you are taking heavy luggage. No aircon in hotel only fan that you can’t adjust speed.
Additional bed for kid charge at 300kr per night.
Family bicycle available for rent at 600kr per day.
Happy hour with free drink from 5-6 pm daily.
Artistic interior and nice garden. Also creepy artwork on the wall.
Overall not bad experience, some staff are friendly some are not.

Anonymous UserCopenhagen's New Hexagonal Warrior Hotel Recommended!
I'm so incredibly happy with the hotel I booked this time!
Brand New – The Locke Copenhagen, just opened in '26.
Excellent Location – It's only a 5-minute walk from Copenhagen Central Station, about 25 minutes to the airport, and right next to Tivoli Gardens.
Firm Bed – This is so important! The beds at the airport hotel and in Faro were way too soft, and I woke up feeling sore. Finally, at Locke, I had the best sleep of the whole trip.
Great Design Aesthetic – All the furniture and furnishings have a fantastic Nordic design feel.
Well-Equipped – We booked a deluxe suite, which came with a kitchen, washing machine, and refrigerator.
Restaurant Environment Downstairs – My partner worked from the co-working space downstairs and said the seating was very comfortable. Plus, there's a famous place called Rug nearby for a delicious breakfast.
Overall, a 5-star recommendation! A big pat on the back for my excellent hotel choice!

This hotel is right in the city center, which isn't ideal for major attractions, but it was super convenient for where I needed to go (Copenhagen University). It's entirely self-service. My room was in a separate small building in the courtyard, so I ended up dragging my suitcase around the main building for twenty minutes before I found it! 😅 The room had a fully equipped kitchen with pots, pans, and a fridge, which was great for cooking. However, there was a strong food smell every time I opened the fridge, and my duvet also had a very noticeable food smell near the head area. I had to turn it around to sleep at night. 😭 The hotel doesn't offer room cleaning services; if you want it cleaned or linens changed, you have to pay extra. The only seating in the entire room was a small sofa under the TV, and I kept bumping my head on the TV – it wasn't very practical. It really could use another chair. Still, for Copenhagen, the price of this hotel was quite cheap.

JS2712The location is decent, with the nearest metro station (central station) about a 10-minute walk away. If you rely heavily on public transport, it may not be the most convenient option. We paid a little extra to upgrade to one of the newer rooms on a higher floor, and it was well worth it. The room felt modern and refreshed, with plenty of space to comfortably open three medium-sized suitcases. The overall environment was excellent. If you book a city-view room, you may even catch the fireworks from Tivoli Gardens on selected days. The staff were also friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay.

Guest UserI and my son stayed for 3 days (btw 26-29 May ) at a Deluxe Room at 5th floor. Hotel Location was very close to TIVOLI and Central Station. Room was clean and wide. I stayed on ”Breakfast included” basis.. Since I am an omelette or scrambled egg person at breakfast, the breakfast menu was sufficient for me because omelette and scrambled egg they were included under breakfast menu. . However, I've seen same star hotels with much more richer breakfasts of course.
1) Our 5th floor room was reachable via 2 elevators. Firrst you take an elevator and go to 1st floor. Then at 1st floor you walk through a looong coridor. I guess, after this long walk we reach to an additional building of hotel which you cannot understand.. From there you get the elevator again and reach 5th floor. ( I stayed at room 1503 )
2) Everyday the room was cleaned.
3) The reastaurant staff was very friendly and they were giving service in a very kind way.
4) The reception staff; They did not do anything wrong, but normally I expect a larger smile and more welcoming, energyc, warm attitudes when I step in a hotel. I do not know why I could not feel this at this hotel reception. Secondly, when the Italian male receptionst asked me about my room choice when checking in ( room with a view OR quite room looking at inner garden ), I said I prefer the room with VIEW. However, when I was choosing the room with view, I did not know that room was looking at a street where ROAD CONSTRUCTION was going on. He only told me that street can be crowded only during weekend. I said we will leave until weekend so I thought that I will not be effected from any street noise at a evening. But a CONSTRUCTION NOISE during day that he did not mention was not nice.
Overall, it is a nice hotel. But ask where your room is exactly located and ask if you will reach by 1 or 2 elevators.
Photos are; from Breakfast and view from my 5th floor room. But down below of this view, the hotel looks at another hotesls' rooms and balconies.

Guest UserHad a really pleasant stay at Ascot Hotel during our trip. The location was very convenient, making it easy for us to explore the city and access nearby transport, food, and attractions. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained throughout our stay.
What we appreciated most was the cozy atmosphere and the thoughtful facilities provided, which made us feel relaxed after a long day out. The staff were also friendly and helpful whenever we needed assistance.
Overall, it was a smooth and enjoyable experience, and we would definitely consider staying here again on our next visit. Highly recommended for travelers looking for comfort, convenience, and good service.

Great location but keep in mind in Copenhagen, everything is walkable. so many reasonable options within walking distance. Basically, at this place you pay steep premium for staying within a stone's throw distance of the main street. Nice decor... but many things were dated. Carpets in lobby were dirty almost all the time. Cleaning crew was good, but had to remind the reception for simple things such as refill hand soap, towels, tissue paper etc... Another disappointment was HVAC. Hotel team locks the temperature at 21.9C so the room does not cool as much as it should. and the HVAC seemed dated and very noisy for comfortable sleep. I suppose they know most guests are one-time visitors so charge high rates but no need to make any effort beyond the basic. overall average experience.

Guest UserLocation is right across the Bella Center conference center, super convenient to attend conferences.
The area is about 4 subway stops from downtown, and the hotel is near the subway.
Room is spacious, bright and clean.
Bathroom is small, with the most annoying sink ever. Rarely seen a sink this small. It’s so small, everything falls off.
Service is not so great. The provided iron and ironing board were rusty and dirty and leaked rust water on my shirt when used. Requested a new iron from front desk but it took a while.
Hotel has no room service, replaced by a shop downstairs in the lobby. Housekeeping is good but did not give me shower gel for 3 days straight. Breakfast is good.

Anonymous UserI recently stayed at the Scandic Spectrum for 4 nights. On the positive side, the hotel is quite new, exceptionally clean, well-kept, and boasts a really beautiful, modern Scandinavian design.
However, the arrival experience was incredibly frustrating. If you arrive before their strict 4:00 PM check-in time, be prepared: there is absolutely no complimentary luggage storage. Instead, they direct you down to a basement parking area with paid storage lockers.
To make matters worse for anyone traveling with family, the lockers are way too small to fit standard family-sized suitcases. When we realized that renting multiple lockers would cost virtually the same amount as just paying for an early check-in, we felt completely backed into a corner and paid for the early room. It really felt like a deliberate setup designed to squeeze extra profit out of arriving guests who have no other choice.
While the property itself is lovely, this overly transactional, nickel-and-diming approach leaves a very poor first impression. If you have an early arrival, budget extra for the hidden costs or look elsewhere.
