Excellent location, clean hotel, cannot rate the food since I didn’t take the breakfast offer. Friendly staff.

Very cozy hotel with friendly staff. No kettle in the room but overall pleasant.

Decent experience

The hotel is located in the heart of Copenhagen, within walking distance of the city's main attractions. The rooms feature a warm Nordic home style and are large in size. The service staff are very polite and the breakfast offers a wide variety. The surroundings are very quiet and just a stone's throw away from the New Harbor and the canal.

Pros: 3-minute walk to Nyhavn, friendly staff, spacious room, soft bed Cons: No refrigerator, heating not individually controlled (it was cold...), hot water doesn't come out well, so I have to leave it on for about 5 minutes, remodeling was done recently, so the paint smell still hasn't gone away ㅠ

The surrounding transportation is a bit inconvenient, the hotel is not bad

Room very good, clean, small bathroom it is difficult to take a shower without getting water everywhere. Apart from that, we were able to do all our visits on foot even if it is a bit far from the city center
