Reflections Copeton Waters - Holiday Park

What an absolute delight. Spent 2 nights firsrt time there. The serenity and nature was exactly what i needed. The no reception was a god send.

Park is beautiful and very very large. Management was helpful when our van couldn't fit due to the site having huge rocks and they moved us with ease. Sites are in groups of 8 so not a lot of privacy. Powered sites are a fair way from the water for a swim but it's an easy walk.. kids were upset at the beginning due to no internet service but very quickly got over that once they say the bike and walking trails. Lots to explore and see. Would definitely stay again.

I booked my 5 night accommodation in September for the Christmas break,and sadly had to cancel due to unforeseen circumstances. I at no time over the phone when booking was I informed I’d lose my deposit if I cancelled. I gave them 86 days notice and had no idea I’d lose my money. I think they presumed I’d read the webpage but I didn’t. Not happy at all as it wasn’t a small amount but several hundred dollars.

What an awesome place. stayed on great site. Plenty of room, power and water. Staff were friendly, welcoming and helpful. The dam is fantastic. Had everything needed for a great stay and in a bush setting. Price was good. Don't miss this one.

Will never return! Firstly staff are not friendly none even smiled, we had a problem with our caravan and the girl had no sympathy offering us a unpowered site ( we were on a powered site and our caravan had issues) or a cabin for a night four days into the future when it was 30+ degrees, the bouncing pillow was deflated, the grass on the golf course wasn’t cut, it took forever to be served in the reception and kiosk, you don’t get refunded the tokens you don’t use for the washing and drying. It ruined our Christmas break, I have emailed Copeton and days later still not received a reply or our money back. Will not be back and will not refer very disappointed.

My partner and I had the best time here! The park is clean and absolutely stunning being around Copeton Dam itself. All the staff are lovely and super helpful, always polite with a friendly smile! Cabin was clean and spacious and perfect for our weeks stay We stayed mid May and the park was still quite busy which was lovely to see. It’s well worth a visit! The camping areas around the park look so inviting also. We will absolutely be back and hopefully with our little boat to cruise around the beautiful dam :) Could not fault a thing! Thank you again for having us x
