H10 Ocean Suites

Stayed for 11 nights in mid-November, not too crowded in these weeks, staff are great will go above and beyond for guests. We stayed all-inclusive, and this H10 food buffet is one of the best we have had in recent years; including the snack bar which was part of the AI package. We enjoyed our free evenings in the A La Carte, (Italian) which is the snack bar converted in the evenings. We went out into town most evenings so cannot comment on the entertainment every night, the animation team during the day were good fun, and not too pushy. Never a problem with sunbeds, and the pool bars provided great service. The rooms could do with a bit of an update, and they are not strictly suites. Our ground floor terrace was not as private as I would have liked, but I would stay here again, and request a first-floor room.

I cannot express anything but praise about this hotel & staffs. Super clean, modern & everything is done with a smile. Room size was excellent. We were on first floor in the block that houses the infinity pool! That was our go to pool area. Was a bit cold to swim in but I had the obligatory photo overlooking the side! Shower was lovely & large with static head & a hand held head! Cleaned & towel freshened every day. Reception staff were so friendly and ordered us a taxi every morning so we could explore! Xxx
Alua Suites Fuerteventura - All Inclusive

We stayed here for a week in the my favourite club the adult area. Definitely worth the upgrade the rooms are beautiful and very spacious with lovely comfortable beds and choice of pillows. We had a coffee machine tea facilitates and a fridge with a new bottle of water each day. I wouldn’t say the cleaning of the room was exceptional beds wasn’t changed as often as I’d like and towels not changed unless you leave on the floor everyday. The pool area is very quiet maybe too quiet a little back ground music would be nice I was frightened to talk it was so quiet. The sun loungers are great big comfy cushions and we never struggled to get a bed. Drinks san Miguel on draft and wine was ok. Food was our problem considering we upgraded my favourite club didn’t have much choice and food was Luke warm a microwave would help this issue. The staff work hard but some not so friendly coming across as rude. Overall we enjoyed our stay

We didn't book direct. Instead we opted to book a private apartment with air bnb. Such a contrast to the other reviews. Our apartment was impeccable! Beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean with everything you could want or need. So the complaints about infestations and no towells did not apply to us. We did love the complex. The poolside bar/snack bar did shut at 7pm but that wasn't a problem as the local shopping centre had many fantastic restaurants and it was barely 2 minutes walk. The pool bar is just that ..... for when your at the pool. There were lots of sundowners and it was quiet and relaxing. We spent many evenings just sitting on our terrace watching the hedgehogs foraging. It was bliss. The only downside was that the poolside floor was not fit for purpose. I slipped badly coming out if the pool and Huryt myself. I did see 2 other people slip also. The floor around the pool needs some anti slip tape or artificial grass added to stopvthis else someone will have a serious accident. It did not affect everyone. I have mobility problems and the other 2 people were 60+ ish. I was happy just not to go in the pool tho. It was a shame but the pros of the complex outweighed the cons. 4€ in a taxi to the main ***** or a 15 minute walk to either the ***** or the closest beach. 2 minutes to an extensive supermarket, shops, bars, chemist and bus terminus but still with peace and tranquility. The vibe on the complex was good and the Liverpudlian family didn't bother me. I enjoyed watching their 2 children play happily. The staff are friendly and the grounds and gardens are meticulously tended too. Lots of greenery in a stark landscape. We will book again.
