Hotel de lo más normal. Todo iba dentro de lo esperado hasta que se nos ocurrió sacar una botella de agua de la máquina. Nos trago 1;50. Le comentamos lo ocurrido al borde de la recepción y su contestación fue que el no era responsable de la máquina que era de un vending y que suele pasar. A lo cual le pedimos una solución, nos dijo que llamasemos al teléfono que ponía en la máquina. El tío un tanto chulito. Le dijimos que por lo menos si estaba estropeada la apagase para que no le pasase a más gente, y nos contesta que no es cosa suya. Por lo que entiendo que se llevará el dinero que se queda la máquina Por los malos modales pusimos una hoja de reclamaciones. Las habitaciones son de lo más normal, colchón duro y almohadas blandas.

Estuvimos una noche ya q fuimos q l warner y l verdad q fue una acertada elección. Habitación muy amplia súper limpia,reformada y súper bonita xa los niños tematizada como un castillo.. les chiflo!!! El baño amplio,limpio y un plato de ducha enorme. El personal súper amable y nos dejamos un juguete del niño y nos le guardaron hasta q pudimos volver a x el. El tema café y cacao gratuito la verdad q un punto a su favor se agradece. Sin duda volveremos y muy recomendable si vas a la Werner ya q está a 10 minutos en coche. Única pega parking completo cuando llegamos xo tb eran las 12 d la noche xo no hubo problema en aparcar cerca.

The coffee machine provides coffee but is not of such good quality. It does not come hot enough. The quality of the towels is not good. They are old and do not dry properly. I think it is essential to have recycling bins, in particular, since guests are booking to sleep and they cook and prepare their food. The coffee machine does not allow you to reuse your glass, which is a shame as per providing a new glass with a plastic spoon every time you want a coffee. El hotel es nuevo y el personal se esfuerza por dar un buen servicio. Camas cómodas y habitaciones aisladas. Viajamos con persona en silla de ruedas y el hotel está totalmente adaptado. El hotel está en un polígono y no hay nada cerca. No ofrecen comidas salvo unos bocadillos. Este es un tema en el que deben mejorar. En el baño también deberían poner algo más de luz . En general una estancia agradable para pasar un día de tránsito.

We travel with 40 students aged 12 and the treatment of all staff was excellent. The rooms and bathrooms are spacious and the bed is very comfortable. Booked this hotel with a private bathroom?when I checked in I am in a basement room with no window, just this little opening near the ceiling. Also sharing the bathroom etc with everyone else on that floor. There was no help at reception to any questions. The only positive of thus 'hotel' is the location. Would not recommend staying here
