I booked this hotel and I was not able to get there. I called to cancel and although they say they speak Spanish, no one could help me in my language. I tried speaking a little English to say that I wanted to cancel the reservation or change it at the same hotel in Gallup. Communication was impossible and they hung up on me. I made the cancellation process through Trip and I have not had a response. I had to make another reservation in Gallup.
