That's the ninth time we have stayed at the Guayarmina Princess and we are returning again on February next year - that says it all, we really enjoyed our stay there. Staff are so friendly and the hotel is kept to a very high standard. We even received a welcome bottle of wine

Location & Facilities were excellent. You are able to reserve your sun beds 24hrs in advance via the hotel website or on a number of touchscreens located around the hotel. A brilliant idea which eliminated the usual issue of people putting towels on sun beds at first light! The heated pool was very inviting. Dining experience was excellent, which offered inside or outside tables at both breakfast and evening sittings. The food I could not fault, such a good variety of excellent quality food. The additional option of being able to use "The Roast" al la carte restaurant every four days added extra choice to your dining experience and was well worth visiting. The waiters were pleasant and very efficient. We chose a partial sea view room which from the balcony gave a fantastic view of the setting sun across the sea. The room was decorated and equipped to a modern high standard. The only negative point with respect to our room was the twin bed mattresses were extremely soft. I did bring this to the attention of hotel staff and eventually after 5 days, we were provided with two memory foam mattress toppers which helped to firm up the existing mattress. The evening entertainment was very good with some top class acts. Overall a most enjoyable two weeks spent at this beautiful hotel.

This was our second visit to this hotel and our first time as a Platinum guest. It’s a very impressive hotel, very well presented, clean and very professionally ran. We enjoyed the food in all 3 of the restaurants, but especially enjoyed the waiter service in the Platinum restaurant. The hotel is well organised and all the staff are a credit to it. We will be returning.

Great hotel, great food and great sunbathing by the pool. The staff were all absolutely excellent nothing was too much trouble for anyone. Bar and dining room service quick and efficient and with a smile. Sunbed booking on app was brilliant so no rushing down at stupid o'clock to bagsy your bed!! Ideal location right in the middle of everything but still peaceful at the hotel during the day. Great views to the sea, beach and great people watching. Just enough daytime stuff going on - fashion shows really good and evening entertainment (if you want it) was excellent - best tribute bands I've ever seen in particular the Bee Gees. Room brilliant very comfy bed and pillows, rooms serviced quickly in the morning and everywhere was spotless. Good cocktails, wine, cava, beer. Faultless and would definitely stay there again.

Beautiful hotel with fantastic staff. We had an upgrade to a Platinum room and it was much bigger than the standard room. Loved the idea of booking beds early in the morning although there are plenty of beds around both pools. Entertainment was fab although I would suggest maybe some sort of show as this would add some variety to the entertainment programme. Plenty of restaurants, cafes, bars outside the hotel. A trip to Siam Mall is a must with shops like Mango Zara H&M plus other fab shops! There’s a free bus just up the hill opposite the hotel ask reception for times. Rooms are freshened daily I would say take some teabags if you like your cuppa as theirs are quite weak. Food was lovely I particularly enjoyed the salad bar. I would recommend using The Roast restaurant if you have the chance as the food there was fab! Checkout at 12 o clock is great and there are rooms downstairs you can shower and keep your luggage safe if you have a late flight. I will definitely be returning!

So here is the tea. This resort is beautiful. The food depends on your taste. Yes but if you a picky eater I suggest the Buffett because it offers everything the restaurants offer just at a get it for yourself pace. So I suggest the breakfast only package you don’t want all inclusive because you can go outside and get a bigger arrangements of food offered House keeping for most Americans or people who are use to full house keeping service is not great at all. They are giving you the minimum and not restocking anything. But I can’t give them a bad grade for this because they are not being wasteful (most of us are spoiled and waste things). So ask for additional towels etc otherwise you not getting them. Oh yeah they don’t have or offer small face wash clothes at all. Now for the resort itself, it’s pretty simple laid back stuff. If you looking to party and hang out don’t stay on the resort but there are tons of things to do right outside the door walking distance. The way they move everyday reminds me of a retirement home. If you young be aware this is for a more mature audience. No really loud music or late night pool or a bunch of activities that really engage you. Also if you a light sleeper don’t ask for the beach view because the broad walk is pretty pack and lots of noise. It didn’t bother me at all but it usually goes to midnight. The whole resort is a ghost town after midnight. The views and the Facilities are top-notch. Fine your bartender and stick to him. If you over 50 you probably would enjoy more if you in your 20th/30ths stay away and if you in your 40ths you decide which you relate more to. I love it because I make a party anywhere.

Excellent hotel in a great location, but with some areas which could be improved. Public areas are impressive and finished to a high standard. Spotlessly clean throughout. Staff are friendly and efficient. Food quality is excellent, with a wide choice and plenty of healthy options available. The biggest negative was the interminable loud music from the pool area which is difficult to escape - an odd choice for an adults-only hotel. Also no escape from it in the indoor bar areas. The ambience in the dining area also leaves a lot to be desired and feels more like a canteen than a dining room, although there is at least the option of some quieter dining space outdoors.

Stayed for 10 nights in October 2024, overall a good experience - have summarised the positives and negatives below Positives Great location, easy access out of the hotel to the seafront with shops and bars/restaurants nearby. The sunsets from the terrace are beautiful The public areas are very well kept, spacious, light and spotlessly clean Large bedroom again very well kept the housekeeping staff are brilliant In room TV has several U.K. channels (although satellite signal is variable so not always available) There pool area is great with several options and plenty of sunbeds, the booking system works well and the pool attendants are friendly and helpful Entertainment is decent, some very good acts and a few duffs but overall good The animation team are good, enjoyed the stretching and aqua gym - lots of activities during the day Restaurant staff are friendly and well organised, empty plates quickly cleared away and tables cleaned etc Less positive Food quality - breakfast buffet fairly standard and ok. Evening buffet so so, have had better and have had worse Drinks quality - limited choice of beer, cocktails often premixed, table service hit and miss ended up going to the bar to be served. Lots of bustling round but not much serving. No pool service for drinks Snack bar very limited Air con in room pleased itself whether to cool or not (reported this to disinterested receptionist on leaving) In summary we were half board guests but many appeared to be all inclusive as is the trend. Personally feel this leads to a drop in standard where food and drink quality is concerned. If we returned would be bed and breakfast only and eat out. Same with service, guests have already paid so less effort serving drinks etc. Lots of decent and affordable places to eat and drink nearby.
