Good location, plenty restaurants nearby, close to bus station. Staff was helpful.

Couldn't fault Santa Rosa. First and foremost great value for money for three of us. Room ready on arrival, bungalow style apartment which was ideal for 2 adults and a 13 year old. The complex is bright and clean and the pool area is spacious with plenty of sunbeds. We had a small patio which got sun into the evening and was sheltered - ideal for sundowners. Club Santa Rosa is well situated - a few bars and restaurants nearby and a short walk to the beach and sea front where we walked into town and the main square. There was a decent day time entertainment programme for kids and our son enjoyed football and water polo. We also used the padel courts a few times over the course of the week - 10 euros all in for courts, bats and balls. Rooms were cleaned 5 days out of the 7 and fresh towels provided. Overall it exceeded our expectations and we'll 100% be back in the future. We booked a package via Jet2 but would look to see cost of booking directly when we come again.

Great stay at Santa Rosa - two bedroom bungalow room was very spacious and suitable for a wheelchair user (that can step transfer) Good to have furniture on patio area to enjoy a glass of wine/time in the sun. Nice walk to the main town area but shops and bars on the doorstep if you don’t want to go that far. Both bedrooms were comfy twin beds that can be moved apart. Shower was slow to drain so spoke to reception - we did not see anyone come to have a look but would have preferred not to have had to rush a shower to avoid flooding the bathroom. Pool area looked great. Breakfast was basic but lovely. Can’t wait to stay again later in the year. Lovely friendly cat that visited daily but was no bother at all

The most comfiest bed ever and a beautiful apartment with a lovely view, I went solo and had a really nice relaxing time in a beautiful area, will definitely be going back. The staff were so pleasant and everywhere was spotlessly clean. Roll on January 2026.

I stayed here for 5 nights as a solo traveller. The rooms are fairly basic, but with everything you need. The beds are comfortable and you also get table chairs and sundowners outside on the patio. I stayed in chalet style room on the ground level. The pool was a good size, although too cold for me in February. The pool bar had plenty of food/snacks/hot and cold drinks. The staff were always friendly and helpful. In fact, every member of staff I met was. I had the bed and breakfast option. Breakfast was bugger style. With a good selection to choose from. The location is good. Some nice restaurants are about 5 mins to the left. Some attached to the front on the hotel, which I didn't try, but we're always pretty full. There is also a really good supermarket about 1 minute to the right. To get to the main square is about 20/25 walk to the left. Plenty of taxis wh3n returning, only about 3 euros. If you are someone who doesn't want kids about, then this hotel/complex is probably not ideal, especially at kids holiday times. This is, after all, advertised as family orientated. A lot quieter than P.Del Carmen. I used my chase card in 99% places and had no problems. I did try and get cash out from a cash machine attached to the hotel, but the charge was 7 euros. Would I stay here again. Yes. But I would probably avoid kids holidays. As I was leaving, they were refurbishing all the bungalows.
