Very convenient location easy to find. Very helpful professional staff. Good food from a varied menu to suit broad tastes and dietary requirements. Very clean well decorated and furnished whilst preserving the character of this heroically constructed residence. Thank you for a very pleasant stay.

Fantastic Hotel. Excellent hotel in a beautiful setting. All the staff were very pleasant and helpful. Room was huge, immaculately clean and well furnished. Bar meal was excellent (as was the manager on duty) and breakfast was all freshly cooked. All round great value.

We organised our first event here and how wonderful the staff and venue are, staff make the stay so lovely, staff from the evening till breakfast so attentive, Nicola and the reception staff, Gloria at breakfast so happy all the time we will be back

Had a one night stay this weekend at Crathorne Hall with my partner. The hotel is such a beautiful building with sensational views. So many lovely things about our stay to mention from a wonderful receptionist called Emma who is an asset to the hotel. We went out for dinner and came home to the blind put down, curtains drawn bed pillows taken off the bed and water ready each side of the bed. The breakfast was wonderful and the waiting staff were so lovely and friendly. I cannot wait to return.

Oh my goodness ! Customer service is so unbelievably wonderful . The receptionist Emma is simply exceptional and a credit to the hotel, Ely the porter the same nothing is too much trouble - we even met the barman in the car park who was just starting his shift and he asked if we needed help with our bags . All of the staff are simply lovely . We had the Maltby room which was lovely - beautiful views - great balcony - we will be back with family ! Thank you so much also for our anniversary card - a really thoughtful touch .
