Premier Inn London Gatwick Airport South Reviews

I gave it three stars because the room was fine, quite basic but it was very hot. I found it very hard to sleep even with a fan and the window open. My room was right opposite this pub/restaurant, and there were noisy drunk people outside my room at about 11pm. I was there for a 6am flight, so I was not impressed. The atmosphere in this hotel and the pub was extremely strange. It felt abandoned even though there were people there. I went into the pub, saw the prices and I don't know why but I felt very uncomfortable in there. In the end I just got a Deliveroo. I think they were doing building work next door but I was under the impression that there was a restaurant for tea inside the hotel. It is also pretty far from Gatwick. I honestly wouldn't go there again, as a solo female traveller I didn't feel safe in this hotel. Pros: comfy bed, clean rooms, did the bed bug test and there was no evidence of bed bugs. Cons: location, strange atmosphere, lack of restaurant, didn't feel safe.
