The train/RER is fare from the hotel around 6 minutes by walk. The staff was helpful and polite. Surroundings nothing special to find. Clam area.

The location of this hotel is very far from the city of Paris. It takes more than 30 minutes to get to the subway station and 20 minutes to the subway station. Hôtel situé entre le centre commercial Créteil Soleil et le centre ancien c'est assez pratique. Cet hôtel ne fait pas très clean la chambre est correcte sans plus c'est assez bruyant et le ménage laisse à désirer notamment le receveur de la cabine de douche qui n'a pas du voir de récurrent depuis un certain temps. J'ai pu tester le petit déjeuner qui est correct toutefois là encore le nettoyage des couverts est superficiel et le sol (sur lequel quelque chose de collant avait du couler)collait aux chaussures dans toutes la partie carrelée pendant plusieurs matins sans que rien ne soit fait pour remédier au problème. Bref je ne conseille pas pas cet hôtel,il y a des alternatives pour le même prix

Good*****t that the very very sympathetic watch c is moved to find me a 2 small handkerchief ( I saw the place where the chairs and handkerchiefs are stored to flee a used handkerchief directly on the handkerchiefs, If you look at the matlas ho la la you don't want to sleep in any of the two rented rooms. I have a 4-star tourist residence so I know the work perfectly. The 3-star class is in fact a real place. At the cherry on the cake we have been subjected to an alarm fire because they forgot croissants in the oven and the alarm works very well up to 7th floor . How to lose a frequent and faithful client for 12 years? Settle in the Ibis Créteil, 14 rue Basse quinte. A unhealthy room with a strong smell of tobacco (I am allergic) and insects including a cafard found in the bathroom. In view of this unpleasant experience, I wished to cancel my room to go to Novotel. After calling her phone officer before me, the receptionist told me that it was OK for the cancellation and that I would be refunded the next day. The receptionist claims not to have found the cafard but to have found tigers mosquitos in the room. I understand as a franchise hotel that profitability is your priority at the expense of cleanness and customer satisfaction but don't forget that you represent a brand/group. In conclusion, for the same night I was debited by the Novotel Créteil or I've sleeped and by Ibis Créteil who had guaranteed me to cancel my reservation and a refund for the next day. I shared my trips to France and internationally between Accor, Hilton and Marriott according to the destinations. The room's insalubre is one thing but as a frequent and faithful client for many years I cannot accept the lie and the robbery.
