房間雖然小，但是很好住。
衞生間是乾濕分離的，用起來很方便。有膠囊咖啡機，還有行李架。和歐洲以及北美的酒店一樣，不提供牙具梳子。洗髮水、護髮素、沐浴露、潤膚露、洗手液全套是歐舒丹的。
超出預期的是，有開夜床服務！而且還送了片面膜。拿到那張帶中文的面膜，整個人大震驚😂

November 2025 While traveling recently in Ecuador, my wife became ill, was treated at Metropolitan Hospital in Quito, and was unable to continue our trip to Cuenca. Upon learning our situation, the Hotel Boutique Santa Lucia very graciously refunded our payment of a “non-refundable” reservation. We’ve traveled all over the world but have rarely encountered such true hospitality and understanding. Any establishment with this level of compassion and courtesy is a joy and we look forward to visiting the Hotel Boutique Santa Lucia very soon. Maybe you should as well…

It’s always an amazing experience to stay at this hotel. I never get tired of it. This time, I stayed at room no. 2 and even though it didn’t feature a desk and chair for work, it wasn’t a biggie. Enough workspace around the central patio. Always a plus to receive late check out. I love this place and I always long to go back!

Beautiful establishment. The front desk attendant was extremely understanding and accommodating with our late check-in. Rooms are clean and very spacious. Highly recommend!

This lovely hotel surpassed our expectations! Santa Lucia was an elegant, historic property with quiet, comfortable rooms and inviting, exquisite common areas. It was grand without being overly pretentious. The breakfast was wonderful, and hotel staff were eager to please. Sebastian provided helpful guidance and advice on making the most of our visit. We would eagerly stay at this property again.

The hotel is in a very nice building, with a nice courtyard. We asked for a room next to the courtyard. The room was fine but the bathroom had an awful sewer smell. The hotel staff were very nice and helpful. The location is great, with easy walking to sites, restaurants, and shops. I’m not sure if I would come back due to the smell in my room.

Loved the property, its colonial decoration, personal was very polite and helpful. Breakfast was delicious!!! For sure I will be back again and recommend it tofriends!!!
