Hotel is okay. The elevator was broken when we came. And the alternative elevator couldn’t take us to our floor. So we had to climb the stairs with the suitcases. Luckily our room is only in 2nd floor. Location is good, cupertino is close to San Francisco if you wanna do a quick trip

Location was great. Was disappointed that the gym advertised as "available off site" was inaccessible to me as it was 2 miles away and I didn't have a car.

Nice stay with breakfast! Car park available for free. 3 mins walk to the supermarket.

Overall, it is a decent hotel. The only problem is the furnitures - they are kind of old and may need renovation

Very cosy hotel, with decent breakfast. Room is spacious. Near Apple Park and plenty of eateries nearby. Scoring low on cleanliness as the spa pool is sandy and the gym is actually not on site. Otherwise, comfortable hotel with friendly service staff.

Very clean, very comfortable, very accommodating. Good size rooms, cleanliness is up to par, amenities are very nice to enjoy, pool and hot tub are open and clean, bar lounge on site, with a nightly happy hour from 5pm-6pm complimentary drinks and snacks for hotel guests. Family friendly, pet friendly, overall friendly. Will recommend to my family and friends.

Cupertino hotel is a great hotel. Staff are friendly and accommodating. Heated pool so you can swim or like me workout in water all year round , plus a jacuzzi. Has its own little ecosystem with trees and plants accompanied by few birds that visit. Happy hour and breakfast. Location is 45 minutes form San Fransisco and only 10 minutes from San Jose city centre. Next to it is ready shops for all your needs , restaurants.

The hotel is in a good location, close to Highway 280, and next to a square. There are restaurants and supermarkets, and it's very convenient to walk there. The room facilities are okay and the hygiene is good. However, it is inconvenient to renovate the elevator now and there are many fewer types of breakfast.

Two stays for a total of three days. For the first time, a Chinese service staff assigned me to room 108. The lighting in the room was three desk lamps. The rotary switch was so old that it took a long time to turn it on. The kettle was broken. The shower equipment is the oldest, most complicated and unusable I have ever seen. It took more than ten minutes to wash it and it was impossible to clean it. I had to call for feedback but the phone was also out of order. Fortunately, another American service staff at the counter moved me to room 118. The room type was better and the shower facilities were better. However, it also takes half a day to turn the desk lamp on, and it also takes half a day to turn it off.

Due to flight changes, we communicated with the hotel in advance through Ctrip to see if we could get a partial or full refund, but we didn't know if it was due to the agent or the hotel. They replied that the cancellation was not possible six days after the check-in date, and we didn't know whether the reply came from the hotel or the agent. Based on the delay in communication on this order, we suggest that future guests be cautious when booking.
