The breakfast was good. However, the room was full of humidity. The bathroom was not cleaned well.

The staff is great! But the room was huge with only one single bed. They should have a bigger bed even for only one person because they have enough space to do so

I thought the structure was very good. I didn't like finding the room's bathroom without toilet paper, right after check-in and the reception never answering the intercom. They claimed that when there are guests at reception, they don't answer the phone. Later I ordered food delivery via app and asked to be called when it arrived so I could go down to reception to collect it. The food appeared as "delivered" and nothing was announced by reception. I had to look for it myself after the delay, they didn't call me as agreed. The visible area was very clean, but there was a dead cockroach under the bed. The fixed resources are first class, but the human and supply resources left something to be desired. If necessary, I would return to the hotel, but they could have left me with better impressions with a little more care and attention to guests. The impression they leave is that there is a failure in management. The hardest they have. Good facilities, in a good place at a good price. The easiest part, which is offering a good stay experience, remains to be desired.

Hotel with excellent location, very close to the municipal market, but with a breakfast without replacement items and slow replacement of the main items, including bread!!! Good for those who are passing through and it is just a few meters from the bus station!!!!

The hotel is good! Reasonable breakfast! However, I had problems with the air conditioning in the room. Well, the key card was making bad contact with the connector and the air was turning off by itself in the early hours of the morning.

The hotel meets expectations in terms of value for money. The location is a bit bad, because they say it's dangerous, but we didn't feel unsafe. The service is nice. Only the coffee is average. Overall, it's worth it for the price.

Good hotel, meets expectations, however in the advertisement it had a private garage included, when I got there, they said it didn't have one, and I had to pay an additional amount to leave the car in a parking lot a block away!!

I liked very much. I went to a friend's wedding, and then I went to enjoy the city. I thought it was well located, very tasty and very honest for the price we paid. I would definitely come back.

Good morning, Regarding the customer service, it was very bad. It seems they didn't know or didn't want to give information. Breakfast didn't even have bread, the little that arrived was consumed quickly. The information on where the parking is was also mismatched.

The facilities are old, the bathroom is hideous. The train whistle at the Bus Station in front of the hotel wakes you up at any time of the night.

The hotel is very close to the municipal market, you can walk there. Very comfortable beds and duvets. Reasonable size room and bathroom too. Air conditioning working well and average shower. I thought the video of the box was very stained and gave the impression that it was dirty. If you can bring bath towels it is better as the hotel towels were very smelly and this was the only negative point. Simple breakfast. Don't miss out because half an hour before the end of the coffee period, the staff stops restocking. It was worth the price paid.
