Really had one of the worst experience of my life with a hotel. My family and I planned to start 4 nights at the hotel to visit our family in Brazil. Check in was horrible, they lost my reserve (but charged me on booking.com nevertheless). Then gave us (couple + 3 kids) two single bedrooms instead of two double. They tried to make it right by giving us an extra Mattress. After hours for a checkin, we got to our rooms. No Internet connection. We had to buy mobile Internet services to work and let the kids use their tablets. Breakfast also had barely the minimum you would expect from Top hotel. We decided to have breakfast outside the hotel. Parking service was also really messy, couple of times took them more than 30 min to get us our car. Must say that all the staff was really friendly and polite, but the system and infrastructure of the hotel is really obsolete. Checkout was another nightmare, charging our expenses in another room, the lady at the front desk had to manually calculate our bill. Lost touch was, I got charged both on booking.com and at the hotel. Waiting for them to return one of the payments. If you are going with family or plan to work from the hotel, I recommend you choose another one. We won’t be returning to this hotel anytime soon.

The hotel was very well located, the room was very well, the bed was very well, the bathroom and breakfast was very well located. Negative points: WiFi was not quick in the room, it was preferable to use mobile internet (which is excellent in curitiba); and unfortunately I heard much of the conversation of the room next door. (I believe that because I have a door from my room to the neighboring room) .

We're in the middle of our 9-night stay here in Batel, Curitiba. The hotel is brand new, so everything is beautiful - clean, fresh and undisturbed. Our room is modern and quiet, furnished with a queen size bed, 2 night tables, a small fridge, desk and a large, Smart T.V. The only negative would be the fact that there isn't even 1 English T.V. station - not ONE! Since everything is brand new, our mattress is firm, but comfortable. The sheets and comforter are also top quality ( extra pillows & blanket provided). The premium, cotton towels are thick and whiter than WHITE. The WIFI is strong and the AC works well. Breakfast is more than adequate - you pick & choose what you want; you can get an omelette or scrambled eggs upon request. They also provide a lunch menu. The large, spacious lobby, with a work station, is well lit and ventilated - a place to have a meal, or just hang out. The elevators are also brand new - fast and programmed for each floor. The front desk staff speaks English and is very pleasant, helpful and efficient, especially Emmanuelle! 24/7 security guard on site.

The hotel is well centralized, near shopping that has made it easy. It has a priced meal. Breakfast is excellent with many options. Educated and requested officials. The manager who attended us when we arrived quickly resolved our problem with the reservation. I recommend the hotel and I'll be back.

Cet établissement est très bien. Ce n'est pas un hôtel, c'est un appartement hôtel. Ce qui change, le ménage et le lit ne sont pas fait. Le petit déjeuner n'est pas comprit. Vous disposez, d'une petite cuisine équipée, avec micro-onde et réfrigérateur (même si celui-ci est très bruyant la nuit) Les points positifs : Très bien situé en centre ville. A moins de 100 mètres de la rue du XV Novembre, rue piétonne et très commerçante. Proche, du jardin, Passeio Publico, de la place Tiradentes, de la rue des 24 Heures, des nombreuses stations de bus de la place Carlos Gomes, etc... Chambre propre, fonctionnelle, lumineuse, la notre avait la climatisation. Par contre la chambre nous semblait plus grande sur les photos! Très pratique, dans l'établissement, il y a une laverie (vous pouvez laver et sécher votre linge. Vous payé avec votre carte de crédit), un point restauration (ou vous pouvez prendre votre petit déjeuner, une collation au cours de la journée voir déjeuner ou diner. La carte est limitée mais c'est très pratique), un point de vente à l'accueil pour dépanner ou vous trouverez, des boissons, gâteaux, produit de première nécessité (savon, dentifrice, etc...). Très sécurisé, dès votre arrivée vous êtes enregistré et il y a de la reconnaissance faciale pour rentrer dans l'établissement, de plus un agent de sécurité est présent à l'accueil 24H/24H. Le point négatif : l'enregistrement doit se faire sur Internet, donc pour les étrangers, obligation d'avoir un accès à Internet (ce qui n'était pas notre cas) et nous avons été bloqué car il fallait renseigner le CPF que nous n'avions pas ! Heureusement la personne de l'accueil nous a aidé à partir de son ordinateur, mais la procédure à durée plus d'une demi-heure. Fastidieux quand vous arrivez tard dans la soirée après votre voyage ou vous n'avez qu'une envie, c'est de rejoindre au plus vite votre chambre! Ce point négatif est plus particulièrement impactant pour les étrangers qui, n'ont pas d'accès Internet, pas de CPF et qui ne parlent pas Portugais. Ce point ne sera pas impactant pour les Brésiliens. En résumé, nous avons été très satisfait par cet établissement, que je recommande. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour . Fiquei no quarto 1704. Chuveiro ruim. Travesseiro duro. No check in a atendente mulher, antipática!. O atendente homem, foi atencioso. Na compra da reserva, dizia que possuía vaga de estacionamento. Na hora, desseram que ficava 4 quarteirões do hotel. Andar em Curitiba a noite, longe do hotel assim. Sem chance! Perigoso!
