Sono stato a Cusco per turismo e abbiamo avuto la sfortuna di alloggiare in questo hotel anche se la definizione hotel non ha nulla a che fare con questa struttura, le due stanze che ci sono state assegnate nelle 3 notti trascorse erano veramente inguardabili personale in reception interessati esclusivamente all'utilizzo del cellulare personale e non a dare utili informazioni agli ospiti in particolare una giovane ragazza a cui abbiamo chiesto una coperta più leggera con risposta che non era disponibile invece procurata il giorno successivo da un'altra persona. L' ultimo giorno ci ha pure dato indicazioni sbagliate sull'ora della colazione (facendocela perdere) Ma la cosa più grave è stata la dimenticanza su un comodino di un paio di orecchini che stranamente nessuno ha trovato. Sconsiglio a chiunque di soggiornare in questa struttura

Pésima experiencia el olor a humedad en las piezas es insoportable, hay ruidos por todos lados, este paquete de viajes lo compre por viajes falabella las fotos son muy distintas a la realidad, pésima experiencia una vergüenza y lo peor que nadie se responsabiliza y eso que recién llevo un día..

Me alojé por un periodo de un mes y medio, por lo cuál menciono que la atención fue de un buen nivel, tanto en el desayuno, limpieza y el trato con el hospedado. Muy agradecido con la familia Panaka, fueron parte de lo mejor que experimenté en Cusco, Perú.

Primero es extremadamente cansador solo llegar por la escalera inmensa que tiene. El desayuno …. Pésimo Poca agua para bañarse y las habitaciones con olor a humedad y la guinda de la torta el ruido toda la noche. Nada bueno que agregar , fue un desagrado de principio a fin.

Fui 10 dias y me hospede en este hotel. Ni un solo día pude dormir. Me ubicaron en el primer piso y luego en el 3ro y fue el mismo ruido continuo toda la noche. Cada vez que tocan el timbre suena en todo el hotel. La habitacion tenia solo 1 enchufe, el resto no funcionaba, lo mismo el velador, estaban de adorno. Los cuartos supuestamente los hacian pero ni un solo dia nos cambiaron las toallas, se los tuve que pedir. Por ultimo se me cayo sin querer un Torito de ceramica y me cobraron 60 pesos peruanos, solo porque se le salio un curnito y el cual lo pegaron en mi presencia. En fin, me tomo el tiempo para escribir estas lineas porque me paareció muy triste mi estadia en este hostal.

El lugar muy bien ubicado, a pocas cuadras de la plaza de armas y con acceso a todo. El personal fue amable durante toda la estadía y te asisten en todo momento. Las habitaciones son calientes durante la noche pero lo negativo fue el tamaño de la habitación y el ruido de la calle durante el día

El hotel es agradable, la atención también es buena. El desayuno es promedio, las personas encargadas nos trataron muy bien. Lo único que me gustaría que mejoren es que las toallas y algunas cositas obvias deberían estar en las habitaciones, el cliente no tiene que estar pidiendo. En general fue muy agradable nuestra estancia. 😊
