I think I may have just found my favourite boutique hotel in Vietnam. Opened only 6 months ago, its impressive design and attention to detail really stand out - making it an oasis in the hustle and bustle of Da Nang. Shout out Zack for the hospitality too. P.s I’m writing this review while still in the room.. yes that’s how good it is.

The lobby is stylishly designed. The staff Thi and Thanh received us politely🥰Since I was traveling with a baby, the staff arranged a room quickly after checking in. The room was very clean and better decorated than most aparthotels.

It was really the most worthy of my trip to Da Nang. The first 3 days I stayed at the resort, until the last day I moved here to stay temporarily so I could go to the airport tomorrow. But the hotel really deserves 10 points because it is meticulous to the smallest detail. As soon as I got out of the taxi, someone came out to help me bring my suitcase up. I arrived early so they brought out water and fruit. The room was clean and fragrant. The automatic lighting system has a laundry room. The swimming pool is small but pretty. The only regret is that it is not near the beach. The remaining 10 points. Next time I come to Da Nang, I will definitely stay at The Hem. The equipment is modern and newer than the 3 million resort.

The hotel is very new and the service staff are very friendly. However, the breakfast options are a bit limited. There is a window at the bedside of the room. Even if the curtains are closed, the light will shine through and wake you up in the morning🥹

Located in a small alley, not close to the beach, can't walk to the beach. There is no convenience store nearby, it is inconvenient to buy daily necessities. It was nice to be able to go to My Khe Beach in about 5 minutes on foot. It was nice to be able to sleep quietly and comfortably. The restaurant on the first floor was also bright and nice.

Very, very good hotel. Highly recommend. Clean, cozy, fresh. Full set inside of everything you will need, from kitchen furniture to the most complete bath and hygiene set. Parking under guard. Top location! Sad that the sauna is not included in the bill! Otherwise excellent!

Maybe because it was a new hotel, check-in was not possible even after 2pm, and everyone waited in the lobby. We were finally able to check in at 2:23pm. The front desk was not particularly crowded, and no other guests arrived at the same time, but about four groups of people were waiting in the lobby because no one had checked in. Probably because the room cleaning was not completed in time. It is really unbelievable that we cannot enter the room even after the check-in time. There is no partial refund. The room on the second floor is quite dark, and the only thing you can see from the window is the ruins. There is a simple kitchen, but no washing machine or microwave. The beach is within walking distance, but it is far away. There are quite a few supermarkets and restaurants around. The breakfast buffet has a small variety. The food was okay. The front desk staff talked at length, even though we said we didn't have time in the morning. The operation and service are still not perfect. Overall, it is not good value for money at this price.
