Unfortunately, the service has deteriorated significantly since my last two visits in May. Many of the previous employees are no longer there. The breakfast is not worthy of a boutique hotel. Basic things such as butter are missing. Any complaints are ignored, mainly because the employees do not understand English. My room was not cleaned for the first two days, the safe was broken and remained so even after I complained. It's a shame, because it would be a nice hotel in a good location on the beach at a good price. If something doesn't change quickly in terms of service, this hotel will have a difficult future.
