They dont have hair conditioner. The shampoo seems to be 2 in 1 with conditioner effect. But it's not good enough.

The staff are very polite and speak good English. There is a small shop in the hotel. The shop is mainly filled with slot machines. Locals are not allowed to enter. If you want to try your luck, remember to bring US dollars. ** In U.S. dollars

The facilities are over 10 years old and are extremely simple. There is a small swimming pool on the first floor and a closet full of dust. They charge 1 million dong for even the smallest things. Snacks. Vinyl. All paid 5 out of 10 points Even if you want to be assigned to a high floor, it is on the 11th floor in the middle and low floors, but they told you to pay 500,000 more for the 18th floor, so there is no soap, no cold water, and the water pressure is weak, so it takes three times more time to shower than usual, and the surrounding area It's located on the outskirts with no restaurants, so you have to take a taxi to get out, and Trip.com's rating is overrated. It would be a disaster if we stayed at different hotels for 3 days. I almost went through a lot of trouble, but I just want to get out of this hotel quickly. Da Nang's regular place to stay on business trips. The customer service is top-notch, check-in at the front desk is smooth, and welcome drinks and towels are provided. The taste of the breakfast is also top notch. You need a Grab to go around town or to the airport, but it comes right away when you call for it.

Everything is good, but there is no food or mart nearby, so it's all good to rest! It rained at night, so I took a taxi and went out to buy daily necessities, but there are no nearby facilities.
